Seeing that everything is somewhat normal, Emiliano has left on her ship La Paloma and Fraser and Jeff are pleading with Kane to take them to somewhere nice. The remaining Spanish guards are also wishing to leave, since they have nothing else to do.
As for your character, I did have the Man In Regalia order your capture, but since he escaped during the explosion the guards have lost interest in capturing anybody, but are maybe interested in joining someone's crew.
