Emarcee stops just short of the ground. He then vanishes, and reappears, holding a bright green rock in his hand. He then attached to green rock onto his person so that Superman can't touch him again, and goes flying off to beat up Batman.

Emarcee whirls around and deflects the laser vision with his spear. The kryptonite thus not fallen off, Emarcee takes the opportunity to rush in with his own superspeed, and grab Superman, forcing him into proximity with the kryptonite.

Seeing as the kryptonite is attached to Emarcee, Superman is unable to 'send him into the ground' from afar. When Superman tries to laser Emarcee again, the Great Being merely smacks the lasers aside with his spear.
"GIVE UP, SUPERMAN! I HAVE THE HIGH-GROU- I MEAN SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGY!!"

Emarcee telekinetically lifts the car and slams it on top of the batplane before hurtling a thunderbolt at superman.

*Superman uses his super speed to grab the car from over the Batplane and you’re thunderbolt misses. He throws the car at you again.*
Emarcee telekinetically grabs the car.
Again.
And while he's at it, locks Superman into a telekinetic grip so that he can actually smash the car into Batman's plane.
It's worth noting that Emarcee's armor is made of protosteel, which can protect him from Superman's laser vision long enough for him to deflect with his spear, assuming that's what Superman does.
