Here's a better suggestion we create a port for pirates only, kinda like a relaxation zone, and then we agree on certain rules there. Anyship on open water is fair game. And even if you don't like that, lets still agree that the pirates need to show who rules the oceans. Us or them, come with usto at least attack Portugal. We will divide the spoil and go our separate ways. What'a ya say to that Cap'n?
