The handwriting seems to be a dead end, since it could be any of us. The sparkles are also not helpful since none of you seem to have anything to do with sparkles in your bio. The theft could be a ruse, or it could be unrelated, so that's not much to go on. That leaves the wording of the note and the specific circumstances of the smashing. What is the smasher winning and who knew that Glubby would drink from the fountain and had access to it and to poison? I have my suspicions, but what do the rest of you think?"

Part four. Detective Green: *Paces anxiously back in forth in the dining room* Rule: He's been doing this for a while now. Ciblast: Yeah, it's getting boring. Apato: *Rushes in* GUYS it's Ciar! Detective Green: What? Where? Apato: On the fourth floor! He was blasted with a really cool looking weapon!
5 SECONDS LATER.
Apato: Well this isn't good. Rule: Where's Emily? Emily: *The elevator down the hall opens and she comes rushing in* Here! What happened? Detective Green: Ciar was shot down by a cool space blaster thing, its handle is covered in blue paint. Rule: Any more clues? Detective Green: I'm afraid not. But it looks like the villain has been trying to frame someone. *Glares at everyone* Jay: What do we have here? Emily: AHH! It's Batman! Jay: Oh oops. *Takes off Batman mask* What do we have here? Ciblast: *Sniffle* CIAR. HE'S GONE. Jay: *Looks down* Hm, yes. I can see that. Ciar: ... Jay: WELP I'm bored. CYA. *shuffles into an elevator* Detective Green: *Sniffs the air* Who's wearing nail polish remover? Everyone: *Silence*

I have an accusation. The laser is a clear framing attempt at Ciblast, who would be known to use these sorts of weapons. Ciblast: INNOCENT
Detective Green was in the dining room when the shot was made, and has generally been too far away. Green: INNOCENT
Apato was also framed, via handwriting. Apato: INNOCENT
Rule has been too far away to do any of the crimes as well. Rule: INNOCENT
Me, Jack, and Ciar are smashed, so we're obviously innocent.
EMILY!!!
Emily has been nearby for all 3 smashings! She was one of the only two users who knew I would drink from the water fountain, besides Apato! Therefore, she attempted to frame him for that one.
She was waiting for Rule on the 5th floor, and was behind the corner to make it look like she just arrived, and Rule smashed Jack.
Ciblast was the user she attempted to frame for Ciar's smashing, using a weapon he would prefer.
Further evidence: Emily's preferences are all over the place for these smashings. Sparkles were involved in the first two crimes, and the only one we could draw a line with that to was Emily. A BLUE BOOKMARK was also at the second crime. Emily loves blue and Warriors, a book series. She's also the only possible smasher who would wear nail polish, and the handle of the laser thingie was blue. She's also the one who started the investigations, trying to make herself appear innocent by charging the other users.
... Hmm let's see glitter.. A feather? Who does that remind me of? Oh I dunno... When I have come to the conclusion that someone must have done it should I put it in jammers?
Maybe we should ask him?
