Kestrel keeps his attention on the fallen captain. "Would you like to stop? I have some business in France I'd like to attend to."
@animalhelper123
"Yes. So would you like to ally? Be friends? I will protect you and you will protect me. By the way I have a great mechanic on my secret island that could fix up our ships. Care to meet him if we ally?" Jack says to his future friend with friendliness.
Captain Kestrel smiles beneath his sweat, "Maybe not an alliance, but just an agreement that we don't destroy each other's ports. Everyone needs them to get to land, you know. I may end up fighting thee again in the future, but for now, I don't see why we can't share a pint of root beer." He smiles, sheathing his sword, holstering his pistol, and helping you to your feet. "Your mechanic is of interest, indeed, but I don't wish to take his duties away from thee just yet." He turns to the men and blows a whistle, "Cease the attack!" The crew echoes his command until the crew stops fighting, bringing a strange silence to the waters.
"Would you care to ally? We'll protect each other. I have a great mechanic. And a very nice falcon." Tiberius whom was recently freed from The Merchant of Venice lands on my shoulder and screeches.
Torahvision and @animalhelper123 OOC: I suppose everyone has stopped fighting at this point. Right, because if not this move does not take place until it does. IC: Captain Creetan boards your ship with a couple of men. "Actually, that's exactly why I came to see you two gentlemen, I have a proposition, let us go to your quarters for thetime being shall we." Go's into your cabin and you guys follow:
{JAMMERS! -Kestrel Creed and Captain Crazy Jack- ONLY!} I have had a recent encounter with a Portuguese emissary of some sort. He offered me an outrageous deal so I brought him to a low price. Once I did this, the emissary made multiple threats against me, including putting a price on my head and blowing me out of the seas with their navy. He tried to force me to take this deal by increasing the prices higher every time I tried to show him a reasonable solution. I soon realized that I couldn't outrun a whole navy by myself, so I came to an agreement with the delegate. But, if every pirate were to join together in a truce of sorts, we could show this Portugal poppycock who be the true masters of the seas. In other words, we refuse histreaty and make a treaty of our own. I suggest we sign a waver agreeing to not attack another pirates vessel if he be signed to this agreement unless he has signed the Lisbon Proposal. That we protect each other against the Portuguese and other powers that wish to destroy us. We don't have to share any treasure with each other but we shall keep our own earnings. Anyone who breaks these rules will be hunted down and forced to walk the plank. We have enough problems escaping three governments, let alone ourselves. What say ye?"
OOC: @animalhelper123 and Dr. Matthews we should now move this to the Hedgehog Revenge topic.

I was an avid reader on the MBs and not a user. You will not recognize me but I will recognize you...
Sorry, Ciar I went a bit OP. Let me redo that, my bad. Sorry about overpowering. *Starts shooting your ship, in attempt to rescue Tiberius.* EmyCaprean

He scans it over with a skeptical expression. "And of what benefit is this to your government?"
"We wont fight you"
"Ah, but if I sign contracts with everyone 'not to fight' them, I won't have any ships to pillage." The captain grins devilishly. "I'm afraid I'm going to need some extra persuading."

You wont sign it with everyone, if you join our program, your fleet will be greater than many imperial navies due to the fact that once we are rich enough, we'll just give you money.

"No one just 'gives money' without some kind of service in return. And I'm not interested in a fleet." Glances at you skeptically.
