No worries, that does take a lot of thought. It's pretty hard to find a conflict where our character's personalities show through.
I think it will end up, if I'm correct, that I am going to overreact a little at first, we get out of that situation, and then after we get to my world, I do the whole putting your back against a wall and start spamming questions.

I have my first seven paragraphs.
I was editing what I had, and I had the tenses in the sentences like this: I run up the stairs into the bathroom. I took a shower and hurried out the door afterwards. I mean the fact that it went from Present Tense to Past Tense. I was like, "What was wrong with me when I was writing this?!"
