XD Wait, really? Umm. . . . . . well, for example, for Roots of Earth, I made lists of the OCs--mainly the Moon Tribe cats--starring their names and physical descriptions; both would sometimes change as I mentally worked out the smaller kinks and details of what I wanted to write. Drawing them out as cartoons helped, so that I could visualize what they looked like. I also made a list of all the moonstones and where they're located, so that I can keep track of the search. I made a list of the canon characters who would be captured by the Moon Tribe. I made a list of what little scenes, jokes, details, whatever else I wanted to be included in the episode, and then I'd re-write the list in chronological order. You probably get the point now.
Ah, gotcha. Very nice. Oh, you use the Ninjago alphabet? What do you do if you accidentally wrote a scene in the wrong place in the story, and you wanted it to come later?
Oh.. okay.. don't take too long!
*writes that all down* And...make....jokes. Okay, got it Man, I need to talk to writers more. Turns out there's a bunch of other methods I haven't even dreamed of! That's really cool. You're set to publish your writing or become a writer for a cartoon or something. That's pretty advanced stuff! I guess I'm just in the junior league for writing
Yep, it fools my uncle to thinking I actually know Japanese XD Bricks, I dunno. That never happened before. Man, this really makes me think I don't really think it even would happen. Oh, maybe I'd sometimes get to a scene before I wrote stuff first.. oh, yeah, that happens Well, I only ever notice it just when I'm writing it, so I'd just erase and write the stuff I wanted first. I'll keep you posted when that happens after I'm done writing, though ..man, really, I dunno what I'd do if that'll happen for the first time...
I'll. . . take long if I want to!
XD Thank you! Nah, I'm just a major geek.
That's brilliant. XD That makes sense. Pretty simple to fix if it's not in ink. Are you left-handed or right-handed? Being left-handed, writing by hand can get obnoxious for me.
Thank you! I suppose so, I take it your writing multiple things currently or have in the past? Yes, from history to the languages to the anatomy of the races to the layout and biology of the world its set it, I have been working on Legacies for almost two years and have rewritten it four times. It's a headache but an enjoyable one for the most part. E P I C!! In all seriousness though, I kinda did. I'm not particularly fond of normal sci-fi, at least not the stereotypical shiny perfect cities and androids and crazy advanced technology and whatnot, so I'm writing it my way. There are elves (they aren't called elves though), dragons, magic, a million other fantasy based races as well as modern technology, a galaxy just waiting to by explored and all sorts of beautiful or dangerous planets.
Aaand, now I'm ranting, sorry, this is just one of those topics I love to talk about but don't get many opportunities to.
(Sorry I couldn't reply earlier, school started this week) Yeah, I wish it was in the past It's a nice process, ya know? If you're stuck on one, you move on to the other one. I'm currently in the middle of writing..let me see..seven pieces There are some unfinished ones that I just left it at that. I'd say that I'm not interested in it anymore and it's gonna be an unfinished piece forever, but more often than not I would just randomly have come up with an idea to finish it. 'A Changeling Changing(still the cringe )' and 'Ronin Captured' are one of those.
Oh my bricks, I can't wait till you post it online No, no, rant some more. Then, I'll rant about mine. It's a win win Seriously, though, I'm super interested. Tell me more!
(That's fine, I understand. ^,^ Good luck with school.) Oh yes, definitely, I try to have multiple things going often times. It makes it easier in some ways, being able to switch from one project to another, that way I don't get bored of writing all fantasy or sci-fi or LEGO fanfiction or whatever. Wow, that's a lot! Do you intend on posting any of them? Gotcha, I know what that's like. Cool! I read the 'A Changeling Changing' piece that you posts, it was well-written, good job! What's 'Ronin Captured' about?
Ahh, sorry, I probably won't be posting it. Most of my projects will never see the face of the internet. I might though. If enough people are interested. I haven't enough of it written yet though anyways. *day has been improve by 90%* Really? It's a deal! I'll rant about mine some more, and then I can't wait to hear about yours. :3 OK, let's see, well, what aspect of the series would you like to hear about?

Yeah, it is XD Right handed, though in crafts I can use both. Woah, really? Do you use spiral notebooks? You know, the ones that torture left-handed writers? My advice is to use stitch binding, so that it could lay flat and it's really comfy for righties and lefties I actually know about these stuff, my best friend and I love to make books

Yeah, Ikr! I hope to, if I can find another child-safe website to post in on. They're not really LEGO themed Though, oh my gosh! I can just write it on the MBs story forum, and change the characters with irl users! If only a lotta them Thanks for the suggestion Really? How long have you left a piece unwritten just to finish it waaay later? Thanks! UwU It's a short story I wrote about my three minifigs I built in a LEGO store and, well, Ronin aha a perfect opportunity to shamelessly self advertise I posted it on The Resistance and other Ninjago short stories, go check it out!
It's alright. I'll just leave you to decide I'd love to hear about the elves that aren't called elves Oh, and the magic! Everyone has their own way of writing about magic, and their own kind. Writer's pop quiz! To anyone who wants to, fill in this list of trivia I'd like for you to answer:
Did any real life event inspire you to make any pieces? If so, which one?
Did any real life people inspire you to make any characters? If so, who?
Have you ever gotten a dream that made you write?
Name one writing that was inspired by something completely random!
Who's your favourite character that you made?
What's your favourite world that you made?
Has anyone else ever read your stories, except for LMBE and LMB users?
Have you ever written a story based on someone's prompt? If so, what is that prompt?
Can you recall the first ever writing you wrote?
And a bonus: Have you ever written a fanfic of your fic? For example, you wrote up a whole universe and new characters and a thick storyline, etc. and then you wrote about something that happens in that world, whether it's canon or not to your story, whether it's about a ship between your characters or about a background character, anything?
Have fun!
Grumbling that LMBE rules mean I can never talk about anything I’ve written. Guess I’ll try anyway.
I haven’t written anything on it yet, but I was going to write something one day based on Facebook’s data scandals: a dystopian world where the people are controlled through media instead of fear, and also discussing themes of freedom vs safety.
I once wrote a chat show host who I accidentally described so much like James Corden he might as well be James Corden.
Only once, and not even a story, just a character. And not even an important one at that.
It’s coming, I swear.
Yeah, I don’t think I could mention that dude here. Let’s just say he’s very much an anti-villain who got on the wrong side of the laws of the universe. The hero in the story as well is also not super heroic and the character himself is very charismatic and is naturally an exceptional monologuer
Yeah, I really don’t think I can mention that here.
Yes.
Again, it’s coming.
How would I know, I don’t know if it truly is the first one or not.

Yaaaaay!
Yes. Uuuh well usually it's the tiniest things that can give a good idea. Actually it's a little darker so Ima not risk that sorry.
Yeah. We're gonna skip that one too.
Yep once I dreamed about a place that was made entirely of gold. Like everything except the people. I think there was another but I can't remember. >x<
Can't think of one
Ooooh hard one....probably Gabriel or Source.
Yeah. I had one I made when I was young. It was an attempt to do something somewhat like Tolkien. *remembers it fondly*
Yes my best irl friend has read all of them. The only one actually has access and has seen them uncut currently actually.
Uuuh I can't actually remember sorry. XP
Uuuuuh no. I remember old stuff but not what came first. XP

xD Well, thank you very much. ^v^
Ooh, sweet. Ohhh, THOSE!! I despise those wretched things. No, I often use those blessed stitch binding notebooks, like you said. MUCH more lovely to write in. ^-^ Oh, that's fun! So you two actually craft pages and binding together to make books?

That's awesome, but that's not really....a personal real life event like I meant.... That's cool tho, you do that
Again....not that personal.....but yeah, understandable
That's still so cool! Which one? :3
XD
Cool, why could he be your favourite character? Oh, never mind that, you probably can't answer since you can't mention him on here
XDD
Awesome, who? X3
Do you need a prompt? I got some that's LMBE friendly....
You don't write like, dates and stuff on your writing?
Yeah, of course! Well, I mean, almost all stories I write are fanfics So, I mean, you write an independent story that's not a fanfiction, right? Then, you write something about that story. You're not gonna put it in your main piece, cause it's either irrelevant or completely non-canon. So you can only describe it as a fanfic of your story. See what I mean?

Yw >u<
Ikr :3 XD A pity cutesy arts and crafts shops only sell cute patterned spiral notebooks Cool, do you find those stuff often in stores in your place? I find so little stitch binding notebooks that are actually for a writer, with lines and stuff, not art and pictures of dogs and girls on bicycles on ever page Yeah, it is! No, we just grab A4 paper and stitch away. X3 I dunno why my friend likes making books. She doesn't write, or like, have a purpose for so many handmade books >.> She's got huge stacks of hand stitched notebooks on her desk. I'd show you a picture..but...it's in her house, not mine Usually, for gifts and stuff, she almost always gives me a newly made hand stitched book. I don't know why she doesn't just take one from the pile. I guess it's a holy pile of books ore something

Not really. All the things I add become canon.
Why are stories inspired by irl events always so dark??? Of course, I won't know, cause mine are too X3
And you wrote a story about the place made out of gold? So simple, yet, an untouched idea
Oh, I gotta know who those kids are
Oh my bricks, same! It was when I was in somethingth grade, called Binfinity. Aaah the memories
Same, also
Oh, you should try it! It's a fun writing exercise Also, it determines what you want and don't want for the story, trust me

Same as the above.
Some dude with a katana that fires lasers.
Yeah, I can't.
No idea, but if my story topics have views when I haven't been on it, then someone must have seen it.
Hit me with it, but not literally.
Even then, how would I know it's truly the first one?
A fanfiction is when someone else writes about your stuff. You can't write a fanfiction about anything you own.

Yeeet, pop quiz!
1. Yes, but too many to count. WAAAAAAAAY too many. 2. Yes, some. My parents and siblings for one thing, they've inspired a lot of characters. 3. A couple times. I don't remember what they were any more though. 4. Uhhh, let's see... this one scene in Legacies, a fantasy series I'm writing, was inspired by something I saw in the clouds. 5. That's a hard question! Making me choose a favorite character would be like making me pick a favorite child. If I had children. XD Alright let's see if I can pick one or two... Maybe Azar Thunderblood or Rowena Wolfvale or Isabel Thorne or Fury or Jezebel Foeslayer or Peril Spitfire or J-1NX or Ren Padar or Valerei Nyx or Pakeré Ail'thwan or Kaiké Ail'thwan or Jawaid Korro or OH BRICK I DON"T KNOW. 6. Either Talamir, the world Legacies takes place in or the so far unnamed galaxy in my sci-fi series. 7. My brother is reading Claws of Night, but otherwise no. 8. Yeah, my siblings and mom and I came up with the "Legend of the Bearded Guys" and my mom suggested that I turn it into a short story. 9. Not really, I used to write a lot of tiny, one page long stories but I don't remember which was the first. The first real thing though was "The Forgotten Element" a pathetic Elves fanfiction. 10--Bonus!--. Ironically, yes. I started a fanfiction of sorts for my Ninjago fanfiction Claws of Night. I'm posting both actually.
I'm working on a story and I was wondering if I could get an opinion on the concept: Essentially it's set in the far future where America is isolated from the world and caught in a civil war that's been waging for centuries with neither side managing to gain an edge. However, times are changing and as such the main characters are able to unlock a secret which can turn the tide of the battle in their favor, the only issue is, they have to find a way to show the continent this secret to expose everything
Gotcha. Oh yeah, you're right! If you do, could you tag me or tell me or something; I'd like to read them. You're welcome. Yes. Well, I recently restarted this one that I'd quit about a year ago. Oh, and this one series I stopped writing nearly two years ago but I've recently begun rebooting it. Okay, interesting. don't you love opportunities like that? Awesome, I will.
Okay, thanks. OK, so these elves-that-aren't-called-elves are a race of aliens named Dhinvar living on a planet called Ateria. They are similar to typically fantasy elves in that their quite agile, quick and often slender and tall, but they do not look like elongated Western-European clones with pointed ears (although Dhinvar to have very long and pointed ears). The only named Dhinvar thus far is named Lekaigah Wren, she has short brown hair, blue eyes and freckles, but otherwise looks similar to ordinary elves, and she's a rogue warrior who fights against the corrupted empress (the main antagonist). Aside from their ears, the main thing that sets them apart from humans, is that they can sense what people are feeling and some can talk back and forth with Aterian dragons, mind to mind rather than vocally. The way the magic in the series works varies from race to race, but for the most part its something that very few and born with and even fewer are born with it. Its often shown in the form of fire or lightning or wind, but some can use it for things like controlling animals and plants, or causing inanimate things to move or once in a very rare while even become invisible. That's for good magic-users anyways, bad magic-users have the same control over it, but ever now and then there'll be a master of the art who can ever control people or aliens. The magic itself is not one magic anyone can tap into, but rather two separate forces. Bad people can use the bad version, but never the good version and the good people can only use good magic. There are a couple races who can't use magic, for one reason or another. Oh, also, magic users that are good guys are called mages or wizards and bad guys are called sorcerers. And I'm out of space, I'll finish in a new post.
