I'm pretty sure I'm not exaggerating when I estimate that I've probably read thousands of books. In all the categories of the Nerd Book you can put me in, "book-worm" is one of them.

I started by picking up on writing styles in the books I read, paying attention to how things were written and what wording was used, then emulated that style in my own work. Over time, I developed my own style of writing. So I learned by reading. I only recently began seeking feedback from my teachers, cuz I’m a shy kid IRL. Yes, good books are the best mentors!
