Yeah they have lice, I'm trying to get rid of the lice by rubbing pellet stove ash and diatomaceous earth into their feathers. It kinda works. I'm doing that so I can eventually get rid of the chickens, but I'd rather have them go to good homes instead of be smashed, so I'm trying to get rid of the lice. There's many reasons I'm getting rid of the chickens, it's not going to be easy, but I feel like I should... And what with two of my sister's rabbits smashed, and one of mine just today, I feel like I should step it up on the care of the the other rabbits, and to better do that, taking the chickens out of the picture might be necessary.
In other news, my seven year old sister watched Harry Potter for the first time today.
Ew, lice. I hate lice. Nasty little buggers. You can't even drown the stinkers. I hope you'll be able to get them off of your chickens. Oh, I'm really, really sorry to hear about your rabbits. Maybe turning your attention to the chickens will help keep your mind off your grief -- at least for a little while.
Ooh, fun!! What'd she think? Has she read the books?
I'm trying to learn to draw male characters and do a more realistic approach.
Oh cool! Realistic is kinda hard, but it looks good. I've been drawing male characters for about as long as I've been drawing female characters. So if you'd like any tips? I probably won't be of much help though.

To true. ( at least these don't spread to humans) Thanks. Spending time with the chickens might actually make me feel worse... Since I keep my rabbits and chickens in the same shed. Speaking of rabbits, you would not believe how big the babies have gotten!
She liked it she didn't know the school was castle, so that was surprise for her! She said her favorite character is Hermione. ( which is funny because she looks and acts like her a bit. ) My dad had her close her eyes for some of the scarier parts though, since she's only 7. No she hasn't listened to the books yet, but we plan to at some point have her do that.
My 5 year old brother watched some parts of it too, but he thought it'd be scary so he didn't see most of it. The funny thing is though, is we just had him watch Star Wars not to long ago and he was mostly fine with it. Maybe it's because my sister really wanted to see Harry Potter, and my brother really wanted to see Star Wars. They've both only seen the tip of iceberg though, since we only showed them the first of each.

Yep, it is. I'm not a big fan of overly cartoony styles but I like a nice blend of the two. Tips would be nice but that could be hard through text.

So is this an artists' chatroom as well as writers'?

That must be very hard for you. Aw, I wish I could see them! It's been months since we've last seen your little bunnies!
Awesome! Ha ha, yeah, Hermione is pretty great. I wonder if she'll like the books more than the movies, or vice versa. Oh, really? Hm, in the creepiness factor, I think Harry Potter is higher than Star Wars, but that's just my opinion -- plus, I suppose it's different for younger kids. Did he like Star Wars? Which movie(s) did they watch?

Maybe I could take some pictures and show you, it'll have to be when it's light out though.
Yeah he really liked Star Wars, other than Jaba the Hut who appeared for a couple seconds on screen, he didn't like him. The Star Wars we had them watch was Episode 1 The Phantom Menace. And the Harry Potter was the first Harry Potter.

I'll see what I can do. I guess male characters have wider sides and sometimes shoulders sort of, and of course the eyes are different. You probably already knew all that.
