(Egorsmirnov said we can make these now.)
Prologue/Origin Story:Many, many years ago, the Brotherhood of Vultures (also known as the Vulture Tribe or the Sisterhood of Vultures) was founded by Vamprah after the fall of the original Vulture Tribe. The survivors of the then-endangered Vulture species were united under Vamprah's leadership, and he led us to a new home in the Iron Mountains, where we slowly grew back into a large tribe once more. However, we engaged in multiple conflicts with the Leopard Tribe over territory in the Iron Mountains. After agreeing with Icestrike to help his faction of bears fight the Leopards in order to enact our own revenge, we fought in the Leopard—Ice Hunter War, but we were eventually pushed back into the Northern Ice Regions and cursed. The curse confined us to this region and fused us with the ice itself. We gained new powers because of this, but were still trapped up north and unable to exact our revenge on the southern tribes. So, as Lord Vamprah continues to construct more buildings and vehicles for us, we wait for the curse to inevitably be broken, so that the Brotherhood of Vultures can attack and conquer once more...
HQ Layout:The large, iceberg shaped base at the bottom of the HQ is made with a combination of ice and frozen metal, and it is where most of the Brotherhood members live. Inside of the base are living quarters, armories, vehicle factories, etc. Most of the higher-ranking members of the Brotherhood live in the four thick towers coming up from each corner of the square base, but surprisingly, Vamprah's residence and throne room is down below, in the center of the base. Between the Four Talon Towers, the roof of the base is a transparent, wide dome of ice. The base is squat in height, but a mile in width. The Towers themselves stand fourty feet taller than the base, and each tower ends in a menacing, sharp point, like talons. There is war planning room inside each point, and more miscellaneous rooms filing each tower, including living quarters for the high ranking Brotherhood members. There are many chi-powered ice laser turrets on each tower. And of course, the entire HQ is mobile, and can slowly drift over land, freezing anything in its path like a malicious iceberg.

Name: Vamprah
Species: Vulture
Gender: Male
Affiliation: Brotherhood of Vultures, Ice Hunters
Age: Unknown
Appearance: The same head, torso, arms, and armor as the Vardy minifigure, but with yellow eyes and red slits for pupils. His left wing (right for anyone looking at him from the front) is bionic, and ends in an ice-powered rocket booster. He wears formerly plain black pants that now have ice energy flowing through them (picture of Vamprah coming soon).
Weapons and Gear: A spear with a large spinning blade and other stuff at the top. It is hard to describe (again, picture coming soon).
Personality: Vamprah never speaks, ever. He hasn't spoken in a very long time. Members of other tribes don't know why he doesn't talk, but the Vultures know that Vamprah took a vow of silence long ago. He commands the tribe through sign language that all the vultures know after years of learning. Vamprah is cold, hateful, and only cares about the survival of his own species, even if it means the freezing of the southern tribes. Vamprah only allied the Brotherhood with the other tribes cursed to the north because he thinks such an alliance will be beneficial to his tribe. Out of the four Ice Hunter leaders, Vamprah is the most antisocial, and prefers to be alone brooding most of the time. His silent stare can send a shiver down the spine of even the bravest beings. Vamprah is also extremely patient, even more than Bliston, and can spend months or even years waiting for something.
Vamprah wants to live forever to ensure that the Brotherhood never falls, and he has been searching for a key to immortality. Backstory: Vamprah grew up in The Great Desert, the domain once ruled by the original vulture tribe. A very long time ago, when Vamprah was in his early 20s, a terrible disease suddenly struck the Vulture Tribe, and most of the vultures were wiped out,
including Vamprah's parents. This disease, which came to be known as the "Vulture Plague", was the downfall of the original Vulture Tribe. Vamprah and the other survivors, who had scattered from the desert, begged to find refuge in the territories of other tribes, but the other tribes refused to let the vultures in, for fear of catching the Vulture Plague. This made Vamprah resentful and bitter to the other tribes of Chima.
At some point, Vamprah took a vow of silence, and united all the surviving vultures, bringing them into The Iron Mountains and forming the Brotherhood of Vultures. But the vultures soon had territorial skirmishes with the Leopards, who were also colonizing the Iron Mountains. This caused Vamprah and the other vultures to hate the Leopards even more than the other tribes. Not long afterward, Vamprah agreed to help Icestrike and his rogue faction of bears fight the Leopard Tribe, so that both he and Icestrike would get revenge. So began what was later known as the Leopard—Ice Hunter War.
(The Sabertooth Tigers and Mammoths may or may not have been part of said war, and may have been confined to the northern regions earlier, at the time of the first Great Illumination. That is, of course, for the respective owners of those tribes to decide.) Despite being outnumbered, the Leopards won due to the fire chi and vehicles given to them by their allies, the Phoenix and Tigers, respectively. This once again made Vamprah hate the Fire tribes even more. The Vultures and Icebears were pushed up north and cursed to stay in the Ice Regions. During a territorial dispute with the Ice Bears, Icestrike removed Vamprah of his wing, but they remained allied. Also during their time in the northern regions, the Brotherhood created their new HQ and vowed their revenge.
