Well here we can’t exactly have a Doctor Who RP because there’s no Doctor Who forum.
We could do it in the General Discussion Forum. We could probably slide in into the Retired Forum, or even request our own Sub-Forum. Why, maybe we should request a S.Q.A.U.D. sub-forum in general. This place is now less about the Legos and more about the community. Or at least, that's how I see it.
We could fit Doctor Who and some others into the Ideas forum possibly.
We can either do pre-existing realm, or create our own.
We could do LOTR and Harry Potter. IOW, what do you mean by that?

I'd recommend you ask staff if you can either get a forum set up once you know what this will be. If it's a new thing, then a new forum, if it were LOTR based, we could use the LOTR forum.

Agreed, I believe Doctor Who would be quite popular too. There is an episode coming out on christmas day but I don't think there has been a Doctor Who series this year.

OK. Well, there aren't official ones, but basically it has to be appropriate, and not a site for three users trying to do the exact same thing as LMBE.
Yeah, this is kinda awkward. Recently, like a couple months ago, I announced my retirement in the topic An Unfortunate Turn of Events. I did this assuming I would go inactive, and only return every once in a while. I was WRONG!!!
Crazy, I know, but I was indeed active once a week. Now I'm active most of the week. My inactivity spurt ended within a very short while and was replaced by a partially retired status.
Now, I am proud to announce that I am partially active. Weekdays tops, Monday through Friday. Weekends are very unlikely. I may take some brief leaves of absense, hence the "partial" part of "partially active".
So now that your favorite member of the Universal Cheese Appreciation Club is back for somewhat good, you may ask, "What's that guy gonna do this time?"
Well, to start, I'll keep roleplaying in Super Heroes and Chima. Advertising, folks.

Who are they? Anyone who wants to join! Are you a rule buff who knows everything about roleplay chat boards? Join! Are you an epic roleplayer who loves adventure and storytelling? Join! Are you a leader, both in and out of character, who points the users in a specific direction to make the best roleplay possible? Join! The Team could use anyone and everyone who is willing to join!
What is Project S.Q.U.A.D. Team, and what does the Team do?
The Project itself is getting it assembled.
The actual team is a group of awesome users who enjoy building roleplays as well as playing in them. The Team's duties involve focusing on a single roleplay to start out with, building it and getting it started, and then moving on to create another roleplay!
I think of it like a garden. We work hard to plant a small sapling, and once it takes root on it's own, we go and plant a new tree!
Of course, we wouldn't build and leave. Once an RP is done, we'd go back and play while building a new one.
When? Going through the basic questions of Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How is necessary to get people informed.
When, you ask? ASAP, I suppose. Join today!
Where? I have a few ideas. We could build the roleplays here, of course. But there is the Brick RP Portal, an actual RPing website. But the third and (in my opinion) the least preferable option is creating an entirely new site for LEGO RPing. But for now, we will be based in the LMBE.
Why? Becuase I love rolepays! Chima, Ninjago, Super Heroes, roleplaying in chatrooms and in silly comments! Not to mention I'm bored and need a project to keep me entertained.
How? Simple. We get together, make plans, make roleplays, have fun.
