I have been seeing some gaps in moderation when I have been on, I'll be watching and waiting for the reopening of applications. And of course my congratz to RomeNZ .
Well, for me personally, we just voted Sham in as Head Admin not that long ago, and that's already been taken down. It kind of feels like our votes don't matter much. And can we vote on more of these important changes? We hardly know what's going on. I just wish we knew what was up, and that we had a bit more say in the matters.
I understand your concerns! I feel the same way when decisions are made without consulting me. However, I can assure you that things will not be changing very much. Shamrock remains as one of the most influential members of the staff.
With maintaining as much discretion as possible, several decisions were made that a large majority of staff disagreed with, and we took steps in order to make sure no one person had the power to change things without consulting other people. We wish we could be more open, but we want to put all of this behind us, and we don't want to put our friends and colleagues in a bad light. I hope you can understand this. It is in our best interest of making sure our community has the best experience they can online.

All staff members other than Juniors can handle avatars. In order to get your avatar done quickly, it's best to send it to multiple staff members, as more people will see it.
