Aha! I've just found the rules, and it's okay to be on mobile, if you do it right!
Users may not use the mobile version of LMBE for any reason or at any time. Users CAN definitely still use mobile devices to use LMBE, though! To do so, scroll down to the bottom of the website and click "Desktop View". This will allow a user to use the regular site on any device!
If you are unsure whether you are using the mobile site, check whether the LMBE logo is visible at the top of the page. This logo is only visible in desktop view.
Using the mobile site once will result in a warning. A second use will result in a three-day ban. Further offences will result in bans of increasing length.
