This is the third iteration of Create your own kingdom, talk about it, and go to war with it, which was first posted on the LMBs by Aburk1, Lord of Rasdorond, on May the 19th, 2015.
The first fell into chaos due to OverPowered players. The second died due to an excess of rules designed to prevent OPness. This version is designed to fall to neither.
The basic point is this:
You can create your own Kingdom, within the world of Cyoka. You have full control of the population, rulers, landscape, and so on. You do not control that of Kingdoms outside of your control. There are various ways of playing. You can just send missives to other Kingdoms, participate fully, or a mixture of the two.
If you believe something you wish to use may be OP, or another player says it is, it should be taken to the CyoKa High Council, which will be made of three trustworthy players, to decide if it is or isn't OP. I will be the first member, and the others will be found as soon as possible.

Happy Cyoking!
Looks fun! Now the only thing to do is to decide whether I want to use one of my old kingdoms, or make a new one.

Awesome! This is Back! I'm guessing you won't let me on the council? *crosses fingers he doesn't remember that I was one of the reasons the first fell into chaos.*
Although, to be fair, once I got rid of that kingdom, I was actually able to make a non-OP kingdom fairly easily. The only question comes in how powerful the other kingdoms are.

As long as people are sensible, I'm not planning on having a limit on the number of Kingdoms, so if you like you can do both.

That depends on who else joins it. *Does remember that, but remembers I was also one of the reasons.*

We'll see. Maybe I'll have to use both of my old ones and a new one. I can pitch in if you want help making a map. I ended up taking over the map in CYOK2.

OK! I'll start working on my First Kingdom (a.k.a. takes the next post to put a basic description of my first kingdom in this down). You were one of the reasons? What kingdom did you make that was so Overpowered?

The First Kingdom in Create your Own Kingdom the Third! (Please note that these initial descriptions would be the myths and exaggeration of the other kingdoms about each of these creatures.)
Strachbotrys: The Under-Kingdom Terrain: Mountainous, rocky, forests scattered on the mountains. Races: Their are 5 Races: Goblins, Changelings, Skin-Changers, Night-Hawks, Naga.
Goblins: A race of small humanoids whom Have the magicks of innovation. The most numerous of the races, Goblins are fairly weak, pale green skinned, and have large ears. Goblins live most prominently in the Northwest of the Kingdom. Goblins ride Great Wolves (Howlers) and Giant Cave Spiders (The Feared), or go into battle with their magical and non-magical inventions.
Skin-Changers: A Race of creatures with two forms, Skin Changers can be either human, or beast. Their beast form varies, sometimes wolves, sometimes bears, sometimes panthers or Devils (Tasmanian Devils). The Skin Changer's forms are all larger than their real life counterpart, and much stronger as well. Skin-Changers live in the Southwest, Primarily. Skin Changer Magic shakes the earth, pounding their enemies to the ground. Skin Changers often ride each other into battle, and are highly efficient soldiers.
Night-Hawks: Creatures of Darkness, Night Hawks are black feathered men, with a Hawk's head and an Owl's wings and tail. Masters of the Shadows, Night Hawks are fiercely protective of their young, and are easy to sway to one's side, if talked to in the right way. Night Hawk Magic is elusive, quiet, and allows them to go unseen.
Naga: Snake-Men, Strong Creatures of the ground, the Naga are large snakes, 50 feet long (actually only 30 feet), able to crush men with their tails, and have two arms, as strong as the rest of them. Snake Men's Magic is elemental, and their fighting techniques are nearly unparalleled in their field. Naga live in tribes around the large lake in the middle of the Northeast.
Changelings: The Ruling Class of the Under-Kingdom, Changelings live in the middle, and can shape shift into any creature they have seen. It is said that occasionally Changeling adults will shape shift into a baby, turning into a spy from another kingdom.
Well. . . That's it for now!

What happened to this?
Also, Shamrock, why don't you make one or two kingdoms?

Avant is a small kingdom in the south of the northern world. To reach it, one must pass through many miles of grassland, inhabited by nomads. They answer to no King, and choose Shamans for healing and magic, Warlords for battle, and Elders for day-to-day problems. They generally live in groups of a few dozen, though some are larger. In times of joy or need, they meet in great numbers for weeks at a time, to celebrate or convene a Great Council of Elders. In battle their are fierce, fighting on horseback, but they are also wise and kind. They are friends to the people of Avant, and have long protected them from invaders in return for the free use of the grasslands and shelter in times of need.
Once one has passed the plains, they reach the mountains. These are home to the Dwarves of Avant, the people of King Dunragar and his brother, Lord Durnragar. They live deep within them, though they do emerge on balconies and ledges, as well as manning the great gates. The most obvious way of entering is to break down one of these, though that it easier said than done. If an attacking army does manage to break through a gate, they must traverse a long tunnel under nigh constant attack, crossbow bolts firing from slits in the walls, boiling oil pouring through holes in the ceiling and dwarves sallying forth from hidden doors. At the other end of the tunnel, they will find another gate. This is not as strong as the outer gate, but large battering rams will not fit in the tunnel and the invaders are in a very vunerable position, so it is easier to defend.
Another way to cros the mountains is through one of the hidden passes or tunnels through the mountains, but these are narrow and treacherous to those that do not know them well.
The Avantian Forest occupies the north of the country. Small settlements home to Men and sometimes Elves are scattered throughout the forest, largely in the southern part, but in the north it is almost entirely wild, with few roads. At the southern end of the woods is a belt of trees known as the Wood of the Eldar. At its western end, set into the mountain wall, is Elvendelve, home of King Eldagar and his brother, Lord Eldarngar. They command the Wood Elves, the most influential elves in Avant. At the eastern end of the Wood of the Eldar is the Ascending Road, which leapds to Elsummetia, home to the High Elves of the Mountains and their lords, King Eldarin and Lord Eldanior. They are fewer in number than their forest kin, or at least they are believed to be. They keep themselves to themselves, and are regarded as mysterious by other Avantians.
South of the Wood of the Eldar lies a mass of hills and cliffs. At their centre, more or less at the centre of Avant, lies Avantguard, the capital of the humans. Several smaller cities and castles are set in these hills, though most humans prefer the plains of South Avant, where they dwell in farm and towns. Avantguard is the home of Shamrock, Lord of Avant.
At the eastern end of the hills is the Hidden Path, which rises through the mountains to the Tomb of Pari-Astridor, one of the Four Masters of Olde, Wielder of the Flail of White Fire. His kindred still dwell in Astridor Keep, hidden in the mountains. Only a handful know of their presence.
