IC: "Please, I must speak with Odin!" Danek grew agitated with the guard.
OOC: Being king of Asgard, you now control all the NPCs within.
OOC:
IC: "Um... yeah, sure." The sentry gave in to the Silent Searcher. Danek walked down the halls of the Asgardian palace, closely followed by two guards. They reached the throne room. One of the guards spoke, "My lord, this man wishes to speak with you about the 'infinity stones'." Odin snapped to attention. "Then what are you waiting for? Let us speak!" The guards scurried away. Odin chuckled. "Danek Kaniorson! I assumed I'd never see your face again, after all these years!" Before Danek could speak, the king's pleasantries gave way to concern. "Why did you come back?" "The Infinity Stones," began the quiet man. "Infinity Stones? Bah! Simply myths. If you wish to waste your life searching in vain, then I cannot stop you. But you may not do it in my kingdom. Not after you abandoned us on the battlefield." Odin's tone grew angry, regretful. "You expect me to welcome you with open arms after you disappeared like that!? You were my greatest general! Your selfish ways caused the deaths of hundreds - no, thousands of Asgardians! Now get out of my sight!" Before the king's crushing words could sink in, the guards grabbed Danek and threw him out of the palace. Downtrodden, he stood up and pushed through the crowd once again. He approached Heimdall, and spoke the final words he would ever speak in this realm: "Take me to Midgard."
