In this RP, if the hero cannot defeat the villain, then he has failed. All of these powers are cannon, and if the heroes triumphed before, we can triumph now.

Superman: Worry not, citizens, I've dealt with Darkseid before! *sees Thanos, Sinestro, Zoom and Doom* Whoa! This is worse than I thought! *sends out a signal to the Justice League as he begins to zoom toward the villains*

*You see a crackle of lightning, followed by what looks like a storm. A man with a giant hammer crashes into the ground. Thor has arrived. His hammer crackles with lightning* Darkseid, Thanos, all of you! Stop this madness! *He blasts lightning 50 times what a human can withstand straight at you*
Thanos uses his infinity gauntlet to evaporate your blasts, but not before decapitating a few parademons.
"You'll have to do better than that, lord of thunder!"
*Superman zooms behind Thanos and whacks him in the back of the head while he's distracted*
A massive orange fist slams Sinestro into the ground. A booming voice declares, "In Desperate Day, in Hopeless Night, the Phantom Ring is our last light. We yearn for power, strength and might, I seize the ring, that is my right!" Frank Laminski, eyes aglow with orange avarice floats down from a tall building, a greedy grin on his face. His ring glows with an orange aura. Abandoning all other distractions, Psycho Pirate focuses his full power on Phantom Lantern, imbuing him with the greedy power of Ophidian. Needless to say, the punch was a powerful one.

If yes: IC: Pyro gets whacked by a Batarang, the Talon catches the one aimed at him, Clayface intercepts the ones aimed at him and Psycho Pirate with his clay.
If no: IC: Knowing that the Gotham Bat is fighting with them and not against them, my characters (except for Phantom Lantern, who wasn't there when this post was made) fight with renewed vigor. The Talon works his way towards him. "The Court knows of your... heroics, and is impressed. Join us in our noble crusade to purge Gotham of weakness!"

Its basically powerful cosmic energy that Doctor Doom has been able to wield since the cosmic ray incident. It is a mystical form of magic that derived from the eldritch abominations, which grant the user Dr. Strange-like powers. It's fine if the totem powers thing is void; you can just change that to zapping him backward.

In blackest day. BOOM. In brightest night. BOOM. Beware your fears. CRASH. Made into light. *an aura forms around Sinestro.* Burn like my power. Sinestros LIGHT. *A flash, as yellow and bright as the sun, takes place. when it has faded, you see sinestro, scathed, bloody and angry, flowing towards you. He twists the light around you, making everything go yellow and black.*

Thanos, now suffering from the most heroes, tries to block you but fails. You hit his face, knocking the golden crown off his head, before he slams you into the ground. "I don't care for your title, lord of thunder. I work for the GODDESS OF DEATH!"

OOC: Considering who his characters are, I would say that Darth is doing just fine. It's true that all of our combined strength has yet been insufficient to defeat his characters, but to be honest I think we should've thought of that before we let one guy own 5 reality-threatening villains.
wait till the guy who owns dormammu, lex luthor, ultron, bane, and doomsday comes back. man i wish id gotten dormammu instead of sinestro. wait, actually... LegoBuilder
Anyways, spooda, why don't we team up? were both villains, after all. and psycho, frank, pyro, talon, clayface and vacuum aren't known to be friendly.

OOC: Yeah, but it's 5 against 15/20, and don't think I didn't pick these guys for a reason. I think with the Flash, Superboy, Star-Lord, Ezekiel, Psycho-Pirate, Pyro, Superman, Thor, and Talon, maybe more, against them, they will tire eventually.
IC: Doom is, for the first time, a bit phased. The blast broke off a bit of his metal, and you are quickly able to grab a sample before he throws you to the side.
*Before Doom throws me, I put the piece of metal into a container for further examination. I then get up and blast you again*
