Red Hood walks past Solomon, not even looking back at him as he passes.
As he does, a strange chill causes him to shiver slightly until he is about a foot away from Solomon. Steel then walks in the opposite direction.

IC: *He sees a man in a grey hoodie and shades jump to the side of the kick. He punches Vigilante in the gut, and then uppercuts. The area where Vigilante got punched feels cold.*
