Thawne runs about in the opposite direction, creating a tornado of his own, cancelling out the Flash's action. "Seriously Barry, you'll have to do better than that."

IC: *Flash runs around, grabs a lot of large rocks, and throws them at you.*
Thawne runs towards the Flash, simply phasing through all rocks in his way.
My RPCs steal a camera from a local store (no one's gonna miss it) and catch themselves on video beating up common criminals and helping the terrified Gothamites. People must be really impressed, I mean these "villains" are helping people instead of hurting them! Makes you wonder who the REAL heroes are around here.
OOC: Ok, you’re going to have to provide a real explanation for your villains doing heroic deeds. RPCs are supposed to act like their alignment. I will take this to the RCC if you don’t give a real explanation.

He passes the several guards lying on the floor, a few call out for help but nothing can be done to help them. Following the trail, he finds Scarecrow watching as a guard trys to force open the vault door. Scarecrow turns and faces Vigilante, chain sickle in hand.
OOC: I can't find if there is a jewelry store in Gotham or not, so i'm just going to assume there is not one.
IC: *Blizzard skates around the city looking for anything that sells jewelry. He doesn't see any stores so he touches down at the entrance to the bank. He notices the green mist, but is not effected because of the frosty air around him. He looks around the bank, and he heads down the hallway and arrives at the vault after a little bit.* "Hey, I know i'm late to the party, but i know you're a villain so you must be a hero." *Blizzard freezes Vigilante.* "Now, i'll take any jewels in this vault. You got any problems with that?"

IC: Scarecrow steps to the side and gestures to the vault. "Be my guest."

Inside Eric listens to a news channels speaking of the crime and destruction ever present in the city, and readies his katana. ... Into a Italian restaurant. He doesn't remember the last time he had modern human food. Randomly traveling through time and space meant that it was a bit hard to sit down for a good slice of pepperoni pizza.
