Name: Richard "Dick" Grayson Aliases: Robin, Nightwing Age: 14 Gender: Male Species: Human Appearance: Very small and childlike, with a baby-face. When he isn't wearing big green goggles, he's wearing big glasses. Wears a red and green leotard as a uniform, showing off surprisingly strong legs. Also wears tall boots and an "R" pin on his chest. Eyes: Large and green Hair: Brown and curly Skin: Pale and freckled Origin Story: Part of a circus with his family as a kid, until his parents were tragically killed during a big show. He spent some time in the Gotham City orphanage before being adopted by Bruce Wayne, aka Batman. Personality: Very chipper and energetic, with a constant smile on his face and a sweet disposition. He tends to get in people's business, however, and can be overly emotional, as well as over-excited. Don't get him angry unless you want to feel really bad for him, and in turn yourself for making him feel that way.
Um...does it have to be Marvel/DC or can there be characters like the Elemental Masters in Ninjago, the heroes of My Hero Academia, the Senshi of Sailor Moon, etc.?
...Because pretty much all my favorite Marvel and DC characters are taken.

Hey, do Overwatch, MHA, Ninjago, Sailor Moon, and other hero characters count, or does it have to be Marvel/DC?
O.O You could have made one post with all those words. You could make a character, but it would have to be approved by an archivist. Otherwise, yeah, only Marvel/DC. There are a lot of cool characters you could use with those franchises though. Also, if you claim a Marvel or DC character, you don't have to post a profile. Just say "I claim [character]" with whoever you claim instead of the brackets and word character.

All my favorite heroes are claimed though. Unless I can claim a different version of a character, I'd either have to scavenge the archives for a hero worth roleplaying or create an OC.

Many of the marvel cartoons have heroes and villains that aren't well known.

Yeah, but then I don't know much about them. I'll just create a character.
Name: Ori Kaminomori Aliases: Origami Age: 12 Gender: Female Species: Unknown (humanoid) Appearance: Petite and waiflike, with a round face and innocent appearance. Don't be fooled; her powers are great and she controls them well. Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown hair is usually in a ponytail, twin buns or half-ponytail. Skin: Pale and rosy; soft and supple texture Origin Story: Ori was found as a small child wandering a forest with a strangely blank expression. When asked if she was lost, she wouldn't answer. The mute girl was found by a childless couple who lived there, and they dressed her and began to teach her what they knew. One day, her surrogate father's work papers flew away mysteriously, and they were later found in the shape of Ori and her family, waving up at the awed couple, and they knew something was going on with their child. As the child grew, she matured and began leaving the house, where she began to realize the evil in the world and began training herself to use her powers for defensive purposes. The strange girl from the forest fights to defend her home and the world outside it. Personality: Ori is a quiet individual, barely talking at all, and very shy, but also very brave and mature for her age. She is caring, especially to children, animals, sick and injuree. She enjoys playing with her paper creations, making art, doing crafts and playing a small guitar she owns. She tends to be a bit insensitive and doesn't have much experience with social interaction, and tends to act strange or otherworldly at times. She also likes cats.
Alias: Origami Species: Unknown humanoid Appearance: Short, red and white yukata, worn with tall lace-up boots. Powers: Papyrokinesis (ability to control paper) Abilities: Can create weapons, barriers and other defensive mechanisms with it, can control paper "puppets" as well. Weaknesses: Has a limit to how much paper she can use without being overwhelmed and pass out; paper, though more durable than normal paper, can be destroyed Tools (Weapons, Gadgets): Paper, her guitar on occasion Affiliation: Good Other: Her origin is based on classic Japanese folktales.
is it possible to give up three of my characters? i'd like to keep my oc, danek, but considering that i'm no longer active here it'd be unfair to continue with the possession of characters which others might wish to use. the characters i'm giving up are: odin batgirl shuri
i might return to activity with danek at some point, since i still have a plan for him. i'm just taking my return to the boards one step at a time, and i can't keep up with this rp at the moment. (sorry if this is the wrong topic, but i assumed i shouldn't post it in warworld)
Name: Ella Kingston Aliases: Pixie Age: 20 Gender: Female Species: Human, English Accent: Cockney with some RP (basically Standard/ General British) influence Appearance: Slim and petite, with a girlish, heart-shaped face face. Eyes: Hazel, large and a bit almond-shaped, long eyelashes Hair: Short, side-swept with long side-bangs. Warm brown with dark pink streaks in it. Skin: Fair, freckled, a bit rosy Origin Story: Ella was born in the East London area to a loving and well-meaning family, but her community was rough and had a high crime rate. At a young age, her family was slain in an act of felony. The criminal was caught, but Ella felt it wasn't enough and decided to go out and do something right herself. Adopting the alias "Pixie" as a homage to her father's nickname, she made a costume and trained in gymnastics and martial arts. Later, a tech industry in London offered to help her, and they provided her with a better costume and technology that gave her some powers to aid her, and from then on, she has been attempting to recruit - or even join, if she's lucky - a great team of heroes. Personality: Ella is generally positive, cheerful, and a bit cheeky, with a habit of sneaking up on people and a fun and playful disposition. However, she does have a depressive side, as she wishes she could prevent the demise of her family that the world wasn't so cruel and unforgiving. She tends to be a bit forgetful, dorky and overapologetic. She tends to get anxious on missions, as she can be clumsy and one wrong move could set everything wrong. However, she is also very encouraging and sympathetic, and can be surprisingly sane when the moment calls.
Alias: Pixie Species: Human Appearance: Dark pink jump with a light jacket and skirt over it. Light pink goggles partly hide identity and protect eyes. Powers: Speed up, temporarily turn invisible and jump great distances Abilities: Skilled in gymnastics and fighting, talented tailor, engineer, guitar player and actor Tools (Weapons, Gadgets): Nothing in particular Affiliation: Good
