First, do you want a full body or just head? Second, what weapon is he using? Third, just to make sure, this is the Winter Soldier, correct? Fourth, any other details you want included (other than it being Lego), such as a background or clothing? Fifth, please give me a general base picture to use to better understand what I am drawing. And lastly, please include any bonus information you think I might need.
Also, is this a good general picture for the character you're going for?

The story behind this picture is kinda interesting, but that's not important.
Hmmmm... Indeed dey-do! d-(OvO)-b I like that third one, not that it even relates to the order. Nice colours.

The third one has 2 different hair colors because I was trying to change the color of the hair texture from filled in to what the clothes look like, but when I used the magic wand, it didn't get all the hair, so when I erased the part of the left side of hair, it left a little brown spot. My mom looked over to my screen and said "Oh, that's cute! Why don't you send it to me?" and I said it wasn't done, but she insisted so I finished the background and sent it to her. I do think I can add more to it, but I just wanna leave it as is.
I realize now that the second sketch I gave you looks kinda weird... I did get a few more sketches in that I think look cool, so if you want, I'll send em to you.

Does this look better or worse? I just thought it might be better to have the person in the picture facing forward, not to the side.
I do have to fix the weapon to make it straight, cuz... well... realistically speaking, weapons don't naturally bend like that.
Anything that I need to fix or nah?

Better than the first picture..? I like the first one, but that last one you sent looks great. You can change the angle if you like, 'cause I know they can be frustrating, but I can whip up a reference pic for the other side if you like. Don't think so, it's looking good so far.

There's the first two I showed you, then the third sketch, and the last one is unfinished, but it's similar to the first two with looking to the side, but holding the weapon in the same pose as the third picture.
