Currently, the other pirates have agreed to a tiny peace agreement to first wipe out Portugal, but before he left, Egorsmirnov placed his HQ in a 10 page peace agreement. Soooo... The France HQ is open however to be attacked. Then there's always the Double Sided Dubloon and the Tavern to go and hamg out.

Pirates better not, or i'll make sure they'll get into a huge mess right now we're waiting for the others to start of their HQ's. Once that is really done we can start serious business.
