Ok all my new plan, We all our in the colonies based of Historical knowledge. leaders should be provincial Governor's and they get reinforcements from Europe once a month, the rest needs to be provided from their colonies, europe has no real part in this aside from reinforcements and goods, i'll explain more if you all like this?

Each nation should start with, let’s say, 1000. It can be used to create and expand armies, to buy and maintain ships, and to buy weapons.
But how would it be obtained?
Ah you think we should have currency, good, I'm thinking it should be done by number of ports, the more ports the higher income, each week a port produces oh say 1000dbs (doubloons) so if you have 3, you get 3000dbs a week/
