OOC: Not sure what i'm supposed to do about that? Otto is supposed to do.. what.... with the scroll?
IC: *Otto reads the scroll.*
(OOC: He’ suppost to ask the topics that are listed for the leaders of the desert tribes! How simple can it be?! Anyways, here are the topic in specific: Political Prisoners, Hostilitys between Koopas and Flygons, Rumored oil annexation from the A. Empire, trade deals with Kastle Kold-heart, Alliances in the Desert, and last but not least, rumors of marriage. )
-the three desert leaders wait for Otto to ask the first question, and the jurys of the three tribes quietly murmur and whisper to eachother-
OOC: Very hard when you don't know how to do that! also i think you meant how hard can it be.
IC: "The first topic listed here is... Political Prisoners.."

Flygarra: “Hm, have we Ground-Dragons had any prisoners we have taken? I don’t remember it...” -he said, shuffling in his chair and scratching his beard- “Maybe its just false rumors... like always. Feudalism would just object those whom stand up against the royals... besides, why would we show such impurities in our kingdoms?! Its just not right...” -the jury whispers of falsehood of Flygarra’s statement.-
Sa’Qhala: “We snakes did take prisoners in a couple of proxy-wars a few years ago from the kangaroos. So far, we only resorted to less torture and more caring of our ‘special guests’. Its hard for a snake to not poision prey when we have just only begun to climb out of internal instincts. We were not what we used to be, ladies and gentlemen...” -she said, softly hissing. Her statement having mixed reception-
Owlina: “We’ve never took a single life captive. I don’t remember the last time in my life we ever had captives...” -she said quietly, giving all the jury a very angelic pacifist vibe-
-the crowds murmur and talk about how public prisoner executions were from the Flygons, televised and broadcasted. They knew Flygarra was lying and obviously hiding it. Such executions weren’t aired on Owl and Snake-owned TV stations as to not smear support, but newspapers published from other tribes tell these storys, often told from desert merchants whom read these articles. The jurys are filled with dread.-
Flygarra: “Of course you two would say that... don’t you know what society we Ground-Dragons live in? It gives my people glory and faith to their king... how would we do if let our captives go without any punishment?! Its unnecessary and irrefutable! They must serve sentencing one way or the other! There is no freedom for them! There is only punishment and humility for what they have done to the desert society we flygons live life in! Why would we be accused of such inhumane things like execution?! We are all feudal societys, deserters! You all should be proud of the Royal you support and give your undying love to!” -he said, rising out of his seat, opening his arms up in a splayed out fashion.-

I'm finally going to post the HQs for my 2 villain tribes.
Temple of Teeth (Piranha HQ) Deep in Chima's southeast rainforest, the evil piranha tribe dwells. Their tan-colored temple is built upon an enormous bridge going across the Chimazon River (the largest river in Chima). Beneath, in front, and behind the temple are hundreds of small, artificial islands dotting the river. Each island holds 1 to 5 buildings. This collection of islands with buildings forms the piranha river city. The temple itself looks essentially like five Aztec pyramid-shaped block temples combined together, but with hundreds upon hundreds of deadly spikes jutting out. The spikes look like sharp, tan-colored piranha teeth, so the HQ is called the Temple of Teeth. Many of the spikes at the five-pointed top of the temple are curved, like the horns of a demon. Many of the lower spikes are capable of being launched out of the temple to pierce invaders or invaders' vehicles. There are two ways into the temple; two identical giant doors on either side of the bridge. When people walk up the curved bridge, they will find the doors up ahead. But if the visitor isn't a piranha, or isn't there for business, the piranhas stationed on the wall above the doors will activate a mechanism that opens a trapdoor in the bridge, which will drop the visitor down into the river below, where hungry piranha citizens wait (all of that is identical on both sides of the bridge). The piranhas allowed plants to grow in their temple, so vines wind in and out of it, giving the Temple of Teeth a very jungle-environment look. Finally, the interior of the temple; pretty much like any other headquarters, but with plants and water all throughout it. The high-ranking members of the tribe all live in the temple.
Tribe Ranks Piranha King—1ic: Piratox Duke and Duchess—2ic: 2 positions open (one male, one female). Supreme Commander—3ic: 1 position open. Commander (5x)—4ic: Pirex, 4 more positions open.
Every other military or non-military occupation: Infinite positions open.
Piratox and Pirex profiles coming soon.
Name: Piratox Species: Piranha Gender: Male Rank: King Appearance: Standard green and red piranha, his chi harness is green with gold shoulder pads. He wears a ripped up red cape, ripped up brown pants, and a small breathing apparatus around his gills filled with water, for when he's on land. The apparatus is armored, so as to avoid it being broken in combat. He has burning red and yellow eyes like a Sith Lord. Weapons and Gear: Gold and green turtle sword with a bunch of slashes in it, a spiky bayonet-like chi blaster, and a piranha tooth scythe. Personality: Very evil and smart, but he has a tiny bit of regret left inside of him that sometimes comes out even though he tries to suppress it. Backstory: A very unusual road. As the only piranha who decided not to drink chi, Piratox was the tribe's Legend Beast for a few hundred years. However, he eventually got bored with being primitive and changed his mind, drinking chi. Using his high status as a former Legend Beast, Piratox took over the Piranha Tribe, with very few piranhas denying him as their new king. Around 200 years ago, after a group of jealous piranhas attempted to assassinate Piratox (and almost got away with it, despite being defeated) he became much more protective of his position, and realized that he needed to crush any resistance within his tribe if he intended to keep his new monarchy strong and prosperous. After the piranhas original HQ in the northeast of Chima was destroyed in an earthquake, Piratox led an evacuation down south. The piranhas then met the turtles, who kindly let them live in their city while the piranhas built a new HQ. Piratox then met King Tyron, and although the two monarchs disagreed when it came to leading their respective tribes (Tyron earning loyalty out of respect, Piratox earning loyalty out of fear), they formed a lasting friendship, and Piratox built his new HQ just southeast of turtle territory. It wasn't long before the piranha tribe allied with the turtle tribe, and their alliance remained for a long time. Over time, when some other tribes went to war with each other, many of them tried to get the Turtle-Piranha Alliance to help. Piratox eagerly wanted to assist in wars, whereas Tyron always tried to negotiate for peace. Piratox eventually lost his patience, gave in to his love of fighting, and used his army to assist the Koopas in a small war with one of the desert tribes [if this contradicts anything, I'll tweak it]. However, without the turtle army aiding and doubling the size of his forces, Piratox and his army fell victim to a deadly ambush at one point in the war when they weren't with the Koopas. Piratox's forces suffered major casualties. Piratox became enraged at Tyron for not aiding him in war, and because of Tyron always avoiding wars and as such, not aiding the piranha army, Piratox blamed his old friend for the casualties his tribe suffered that day. 20 years ago, according to piranha beliefs, Piratox sat and thought deeply for 26 days in piranha HQ, until deciding that the only way to use the turtle army to his advantage was to destroy Tyron and install a puppet leader of the turtle tribe who would "willingly" go to war at Piratox's command. Piratox made a deal with a turtle to assassinate Tyron and then install this turtle, who was seemingly loyal to Piratox, as the new king. But just as he put the plan into action, Piratox discovered that the turtle was actually a spy for Tyron himself, and his plan was foiled. After this, the turtles distrusted the piranhas, and the piranhas simultaneously distrusted the turtles. Realizing that he had to destroy Tyron himself and takeover both tribes by force, Piratox had the piranhas attack Turtle Temple-City, beginning the Turtle—Piranha war that raged for the rest of the year. During his final attack on the city near the end of the war, Piratox eventually engaged his friend-turned-enemy Tyron in an epic duel on top of the city, on the roof above the throne room. During the duel, Piratox stole one of Tyron's swords, and keeps it to this day. An enraged Piratox furiously fought a saddened Tyron, in a climactic final battle. The battle between the two warrior-kings ended in a stalemate when they were blasted off the roof by a missile, landed in the ocean, and got separated. Piratox swam back to his troops and retreated when the turtles started to win the battle thanks to their new navy. As the war went on, Piratox staged his battles as far inland as possible to avoid the turtles' unstoppable fleet. Because of this though, the turtles were able to push the piranhas farther east, and eventually destroyed the piranha HQ. Piratox had no choice but to cut the war short and retreat into the unexplored southeast rainforest, where he could regroup his army in secret. There, the piranha tribe has remained for 19 years, and they built their new HQ at the Chimazon River. Over time, Piratox realized that during the war, he'd not only lost his HQ and his alliance, but also his friendship with Tyron, all because of his own actions. Refusing to blame himself for what happened, Piratox blamed Tyron for everything, making himself hate Tyron even more.

Name: Ppyrr Rrypp Species: Piranha Gender: Male Rank: Duke (2ic) Appearance: Grey and blue piranha. Wears the skin of a pike that he slew like a cape with a hood. Rumour has it that the pike's name was Ppyrr Silver chi harness, white shirt with sleeves ripped off and jagged edges where they were, black pants with jagged edges where the bottoms of the legs were. Has a necklace with a Velociraptor tooth. He has brown boots. Weapons & Gear: Severed swordfish and sawfish noses, eagle talons attached to the fins of the pike, chi crossbow, has a holder in each boot for a knife, and a spear with a snow leopard tooth on it. He can use the velociraptor tooth in emergencies, and he has a vial of poison that can be applied to any weapons he already has. Personality: Arrogant, if Piratox weren't king that he would be a contender. Backstory: Ppyrrwatched in the background as stuff went on. Before Piratox drank Chi,Ppyrr was considering taking the throne. He hadn't before, because he was afraid his sister (The Duchess) would find out. After Piratox became leader, he saw that it was hopeless to take out this new contender especially after he saw what happened to those who tried. After his sister was given the title of duchess, he asked to be duke. Ppyrr proved that he was worthy of the title in the war with the desert tribes which happened later. He happened to be sick at the time of the last battle of that war (or that is what he claims) . During the last battle of the war with the turtles, he took out and slew the former supreme commander of the turtles. He started advancing toward the king to help Piratox when Typhoon stepped in his way. He growled something like "Get out of my way, or you'll regret it!" He then swung at Typhoon expecting to take him out with one hit. To his surprise the turtle parried, and after an intense duel, Ppyrr was bested. He started slowly backing up when a 'BOOM' was heard and he saw both leaders launched out to sea. Ppyrr's sister (decade, fill this in later) started shouting for a retreat and the army regrouped with Piratox. Ppyrr was sullen about his losing the duel and Typhoon is his sworn archenemy. Unlike Piratox, Ppyrr blames himself for the loss, because he was defeated by Typhoon.

OOC: No, it's fine. I can see the koopa guild warring back then.
YOU HAVENT HEARD OF PARAGRAPHS?!? JEEZ, I CANT READ THAT GREAT WALL OF CHINA!!!

Piratox and Pirex profiles coming soon.
An entire military run-down of the duck army, and tribe.#
The duck tribe, is one of the most prepared both economically and militarily for war, their fleet was arguably a match for that of the turtles fleet atleast in terms of heavy power, however their were some major drawbacks, since Il Dutch came to power 2 decades ago, (yeah ik I said 1 decade my bad) He has incorporated many 4-year plans to rebuild the nation, when he came to power the royal family, had used their crown corporations to mechanize most, of the agriculture, this led to mass unemployment, so Il Dutch, found a lot of jobs for the ducks, he also purged officers who disagreed with his doctrine or major firepower, wins major wars. Many other tactics were proposed but most were dismissed or encorporated very loosely.
Navy
The major drawback that the navy had was that it was too heavy it lacked much of the minor firepower needed to win wars, it lacked small submarines, along with destroyers, and Il Dutch was mostly focused on his major capital ships.
Aircraft Carriers: 3
El Capitan- newest and most advanced aircraft carrier (completed 3 years ago), well developed with over 6000 ducks on board, it had massive guns, and could hold up to 90 planes.
Presidente - (made 20 years ago) still very advanced, with rather comparable gun size, but very inefficient engine, 5500+ ducks, however it could only store around 60 planes.
Mare Nostrum- (Made 50 years ago) old, archaic, it is still comparitevely massive, but it is extremely inefficient and runs on coal, it has fairly weak armour, only 1 major gun, with a crew of 4900+ it can hold around 55 planes.
Battle ships: 9
Il Dutch - Massive (slightly bigger than the Bismarck irl) (Built 5 years ago) it has a 2000 duck crew capacity, and a displacement of 50,000 tonnes. Runs on chi. Has several major guns, along with anti-air and many minor guns, its 17 inch cannons made it a true force
Victorio I and II - these 2 sister ships are massive, but smaller than the Il Dutch, they run on oil, and were built (11 years ago) They have many major guns biggest being at 14 inch, including anti aircraft
El Maria - comparable to the Victorio ships, but is 15% smaller, in all categories, and runs on chi engines (built 15 years ago)
San Juan El Pedro - Last ship built during when the royal family had major power. Its powered by oil, and has 12 inch cannons, and some major guns, its main benefit is its massive number of anti aircraft weaponary. Runs on oil (Built 23 years ago) (Slightly bigger than the El Maria, but smaller than the Victorio ships)
El Sicily - 14 inch cannons, standard battleship, similar in size to El Maria, runs on oil. (Build 34 years ago) It lacks many needed upgrades
El Italia II and Corona - these 2 ships are Slightly less efficient versions of the El Sicily that run on inefficient chi engines, they lack anti aircraft weaponary, and are the oldest ships, that haven't been retired yet (built 40 years ago)
Heavy cruisers: 56 (No I wont mention all, just the class)
Sardinia - 17 (first built 10 years ago, efficient oil engines, major guns)
Milan class - 30 ships (oil engines first built 27 years ago, efficient oil engines, slightly bigger than the Sardinia class, has much thicker armour, but is also 50% slower)
Papal class- 9 ships (coal engines, first built 33 years ago, they are very fast, whilst maintaining medium thickness of armour, but are extremely inefficient in fuel consumption, its distance and time at sea is very limited due to its massive fuel consumption, it also lacks anti aircraft guns, and lacks major cannons, instead having mostly smaller long-range guns) Light cruisers: 56
Tartarescu class - 41 ships ( coal engines, relatively fast, but very thin armour, and lacks anti aircraft, or very large guns, with its cannons topping out at 11 inches. First built 27 years ago)
Imperium - 15 ships (chi engines, has several major cannons, topping at 13 inches, along with anti aircraft, and some minor guns, generally a well rounded ship First built 28 years ago)
Submarine: 46
Terror - 6 submarines, massive 40,000 tonnes of displacement about as big as the worlds biggest sub. First built 11 years ago
Veneto - 30 submarines, a middle of the road sub comparable to the german U7B subs. First built 21 years ago
Zara- 10 submarines, a small submarine, easily manouverable, mostly to patrol near ports, very, very short distance.
I wont be covering destroyers, and ill cover army and air force in later posts.
Time for me to activate my trap card! In the form of an OC’s main vessel! (Said OC will be introduced later, and hint, it has to do with the Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald Gen 6 remakes! )
Vessel Name: H.R.S. (Hoenn Region Ship) “Sea-Basin Queen”.
Type of Vessel: A hybrid of Aircraft Carrier and Cruiseliner. (I WISH I HAD MY OWN COMPUTER TO DRAW IT UP BUT IM CURRENTLY INCAPABLE OF DOING IT RIGHT NOW. )
Classification of this hybrid ship: “Primal Alpha”. (Other naval commanders can call this whatever they want to name this beast of a ship. )
Inspiration(s) for the ship: the up and coming world's largest cruise ship made by Royal Caribbean naval company. Its newest ship the “Symphony of the Sea”. The Super-tanker ULCC “Sea-wise Giant”. And the Gerald R. Ford CVN-21 class Carrier. The ship that im making shares attributes of their most important specs these large naval vessels have. If you wanna know how its designed, pretend the flightdeck of the ship is inside the middle of the many luxury rooms and what not a cruiseliner has and the hangers aside of the rooms. Its hard for me to explain, and is better explained if it were drawn out.
Aircraft capacity: 60 “Ferro-Aero Stryker” P-227 attack craft. Reason for this is for space limitations and civilian complaints that the jets taking off and landing are interrupting their peaceful cruise-life. (The attack jet is to look like a Skarmory, the Armor Bird Pokémon. )
Rooms on the ship: over 2500 or so.
Service (Domestic and military.): makes one year voyages to circum navigate the world’s oceans for commercial cruises. And makes military service voyages (optional). On a normal day of service, there is usually around a 60:40 ratio of civilian personnel to military personnel. One some voyages, its either strictly military personnel or civilian personnel. So it seems it has its weakness as a majestic ship it is, being crew-related, if the circumstances and the scheduling is right. This year’s voyage (being present RP day) is the 60:40 ratio one.
Weaponry (used for general combat): Its aircraft luanching capability, anti-sub depth-charges, and a chimian equivalent to the “Sea Sparrow” missiles. Anti-air MG’s. And oddly enough, two large-battleship gun batterys located on the sides of the ship as an old fashioned wooden ship with a rotation degree of 180 parallel.
