Location: right at the foot of Cavora, like the Lion Temple. (IF the area has not been occupyed by someone. If it is, then how are we gonna compromise, The J , egorsmirnov , FelipeDutra , batonmaster500 ?)
Built: [REDACTED]
Area (building itself): Around to a few meters smaller the size as the Palace of Versailles.
Type of Castle (inspiration): Like the Palace of Versailles, N’s Castle and The Fortress of Solitude. (The ENTIRE CASTLE, minus its vast gardens the size of many football fields, is constructed out of Ice.)
Size of the gardens in the front of the Castle: 1500x500 sq. Meters, all blanketed in a nice frost of snow.
Owner of the Castle: (Another of my RPC’s, i’ll make her bio later. ) Kyuru Kold-Heart the Kyurem.
OOC: Cool, but it wouldn't really make sense for a very cold region to be directly beneath Cavora. The land beneath Cavora is a valley-type terrain with hills, plains, rivers, and forests. Perhaps that tribe could be located within a mile of Cavora?
OOC: Plains, rivers and woods, in a valley? Sounds like the Berlin region.
*Annexes it using Adlerstadt.*
On a more serious tone, we could have a neutral temple and city, which would be fought over by the different powers. He who holds the city would receive a bonus in his share of Chi.

(OOC: Yes, i like this idea, it sounds good. but one does not simply annexy Kyuru’s Castle. )

(OOC: Um, its not technically a “tribe”. Its a Legendary Dragon and a team of pokemon. Somehow, my bio for Kyuru wasnt approved for SOME REASON. And, well, i agree with you for the reason you made, so, can they still “protect” Cavora if they are a mile away from it? )
I don't think we need anyone protecting Cavora in this RP. I like to think that it's just an open mountain that everyone shares the chi from.

A convoy of trucks, escorted by armoured vehicles, speeds through the southern hills and forests of the Aquilan Empire as light rain pours over them. The lead vehicle stops: an army checkpoint lies ahead. The commander opens his hatch and presents his documents and orders to the soldiers manning the post.
"Guten Tag, Kameraden. Gehst du zum Flugplatz?", said the officer as his men searched the convoy. The commander nodded. "Alles scheint gut. Weiter machen." (Good morning, comrade. Are you going to the airfield?", "Everything seems fine. Carry on.")
This being said, they are allowed into a clearing, where several workers toil, digging into a hillside. A road is being constructed into said hole. The trucks disembark their cargo: supplies, as well as workers, both military and civilians. Along the vast borders of the eagle empire, a dozen other similar airfields are being constructed. All of this with great secrecy and discretion, hidden from the eyes of foreign powers and the curious public. Meanwhile, in Aquilan towns, several factories are put to work on manufacturing weapons and vehicles of war, with which to create an army worthy of a superpower. Enregistrer
