Adlerstadt - Aquilan Kaiserreich Capital
The city of Adlerstadt stands in the north eastern parts of the empire, and Chima. It is one of the largest settlements, being an important economic and political centre that houses 2 001 651 citizens (as of last census), and continues to grow.
It stands in the North-Eastern Chimean Plains, in a particularly wooded and marshy area. The climate is rather cool throughout the year, varying from about 25°C in Summer, to -3°C in especially cold Winters. Rainfall is rather common, and so is snowfall.
The city is shaped in a roughly round blob, in an organised spiderweb pattern, and is cut by the river Spree in the centre-west. Populationald density is about 1982/km². The city area is about 1009 km².
Adlerstadt is divided into six main boroughs, five of them wrapped around the central borough of Vogeldorf. The five outer boroughs are cut in half by a pentagonal wall, that divides their outskirts (generally comprised of residences, markets and small farms). Architectural style varies, generally reflecting styles from the early 20th century, such as art deco, and older, European styles.
The Vogeldorf borough is a peninsula surrounded by the Spree river. It's limits are indicated by the strong stone walls that served as defenses. A large part are ruined nowadays. The borough houses important government buildings, such as the Imperial Palace, and the Federal Council.
When it comes to defenses, Adlerstadt has three military bases, one in Volksdorf, another in the south-east and another in the north-west. The walls are merely ceremonial, the city being defended by a series of bunkers and trench systems in and aound it, as well as the north eastern marsh.
In case of attack, the parks and squares throughout Adlerstadt will be occupied by artillery pieces and AA batteries. Large concrete towers, Flakturm, pepper the city, serving as artillery and AA emplacements, as well as air raid shelters and electrical generators. It is estimated that they can survive most direct artillery hits.
This is Adlerstadt, the Eagle's lair. It has stood for eight centuries, unchallenged, the jewel of the Kaiserreich.

Gender: Female

Family: “Gender-bent” (meaning opposite gender) Parakarry as her mother, and Koops as her father. (See where im going with this? Im using canon Mario characters! ) A 6 year old brother named Kenny.
Weapons(s): Hand-me-down attacks tuaght by her parents and oddly, hammers used by hammer bros. (This is due to her fascination with wanting to become both a Paratroopa and a Hammer Bro... or a Hammer sis? )
Personality: Like a Shy Laval, fun-loving and adolescent, but timid, afraid of failure and not very well in social situations.
Apperance: She wears a flight uniform helmet akin to her mother, and the same periwinkle hoodie and blue shorts akin to her father. Most of her clothing are hand-me-downs from them. Her wings are somewhat large for the young child she is, and her eyes are oddly blue. Her shell is painted blue and has swirls in each section scale on it. Her face is light colored in an nice pale yellow, and her wrists and knees are bandaged up for decor. Bio: Being one of the first few koopas born in chima, Parakefka was the child of two koopas whom were allies of the legendary red plumber himself, Mario. Parakarry and Koops were partners in Mario’s adventures back in the day before their sudden transition to Chima. When they married and bore Parakefka, they wanted her to be as strong and heroic as their old freind, from what Karry and Koops learned from ol’ red. They told Kefka eveything about him, down to them helping him beat Bowser on the two occasions they were involved in. This gave Parakefka the sense of becoming a hero and a protagonist like her parents before, but something was off with Parakefka, she was not that socially active and failed to make many freinds whom were loyalists to Bowser. Although Brian accepted Parakefka’s parents actions in the past, (and i think Baton and jaygreed will remove this part of the lore becuase they are like that.) Brian didn’t like how Parakefka was idolizing the plumbers and wanted to remove her from his society, but her parents protected Kefka’s right to stay a guild member. Kefka’s family is an black sheep of the rest of the guild members, and is often forgotten due to the family history's and protagonist ambition...

-Meanwhile in the Snake’s city, there was a little disturbance going on.-
-A rogue snake was escaping law enforcement in an attempt to escape the main city, being tired of how Sa’Qhala would run the tribe, he’d only keep on running, jumping from rooftops to rooftops, acting seemingly like an Ninja. The Law Enforcers came prepared to capture the rogue, all armed with net luanches and other tools for capture and subduing the victim.-
-The snake was special and pretty different from the rest, being an outcast to all whom looked at him funny. He was armed with the Golden Scythe of Quakes, the exact same one from Ninjago, but it was treated as a sacred weapon for the Queen to one-day use. But it was stolen by this rogue. He was dressed up in the Black Ninja’s ZX Gi, and had the masking off of his face.-
-A barricades was set up on the rooftops of the city, waiting for the snake to arrive, but seemingly, he’d never show up. Only the desert winds howled, and the tribal guard were baffled-
-The Ninja Snake then landed on a nice alcove in a Snake Mosque, overlooking the grand Egyptian city, including the great snake pyramids, he’d sit down and sigh, waiting for the heat of the guards and law enforcement to cool off. The day was turning into this eerie twilight dusk, the snake flicked his tongue in and out to capture the send of the desert air, the Mosque was infront of a large artificial oasis. He’d enjoyed the smell of it and sighed-

Weapon(s): Small little sharp metal spikes or needles he/she can throw like ninja stars or kunais. A wrist-mounted hook-shot hidden in the sleeves of the outfit Sheik wears. And his/her own physical body as a fighting tool, plus the ability to teleport short distances that makes a nice explosion to ward off attacking foes. Plus his/hers Psychic typing gives Sheik many psychic attacks, and physical dragon-type attacks.
Appearance (clothing-wise): Exactly like Sheik (see where i got the name from? Its too obvious. ) from The Legend of Zelda; Ocarina of Time, everything is sorta the same, Blonde hair, red eyes too, besides the wings sticking out of the back of the clothing and the pokemon looks to him/her. The eye in the center of the outfit has an chi orb socket where it’s iris is. Plus Sheik wears a Mega Ring that holds his/hers Mega Stone. (ALTERNATIVE SOURCE OF POWER TO CHI, CONFURMED. )
Bio: Not much is known about Sheik Soital, as if the man or woman came into existence impossibly! As for saying this, not even we know too much of Sheik... But ever since this man or woman once met the Flygon king in a destined timeframe, that being his uprising. He/she once told Flygarra, that they were destined to meet centuries ahead in the future after Sheik told the Desert Storm Lord to remember his past as well as his futures... but alas, the old king brushed that off as a mere thought of wrongful probability and just a bunch of baloney. But little did the Desert Storm Lord know, Soital will be true to his/her words and return after these long centuries. Living those hundreds of years taught Sheik valuable lessons from other tribes, as he/she would listen to tribal elders and leaders and gurus ramble on wisely and wonderfully, gaining such vast knowledge of many different customs...
Being kind to the young and helpful to the elderly, and a nice companion in the years between a life, he/she has been a few generations-worth of experiences that turtles can fathom of, having met many leaders with such charisma and charm, helping them with their problems if they have any, and if Sheik Soital can help them if they can. Constantly flying and traveling to many places in the Fanon CHIMA, this wandering Wise-man/woman gives knowledge and culture to those whom have been ignorant and distancing themselves from a very integrated society that will someday come to them, and Sheik waits patently for that day to become a reality. So as long as he/she travels and gains knowledge, like mapping out unseen areas of the Fanon CHIMA, learning vast cultures and customs, and learning many proverbs and such, Sheik Soital has probably been there several times, making his/hers mark, exploring, waiting for a very beautiful future to become true, as he/her foreseen, like he/she always proverbs to him/herself. Sheik has been to Cavora many times, noting that, “A Chi Temple Preserves balance and heroism to one whom has conquered the base of the beautiful life-giving mountain, and it could be a problem if nothing has been built there...” stating that Sheik wants a Chi Pool to create and maintain the idea of tribes sharing chi... so what He/she left, was a stone with the same eye on his/her clothing. The stone marking an area of where a sacred pool of Chi is to be built...

The cats are one of the oldest and most ancient tribes ever, it was ruled for thousands of years by many dynastys and many leaders. But 20 years ago, the monarchist were toppled by the republicanists, who were very conservative and began to purge any lefties. Then under the great gaze of Chairman Meow. And assistance from UAP (If they existed back then, if not, whatever) They toppled the republicans, 10 years ago, and proclaimed the great: Peoples Republic of Katia

-after a while, the construction of the vehicles for the Flygons and Sneks are finished and roll out of the Arms Dealer, one by one, the five snake bikes, two snake trucks, five flygon quad cannons and one flygon radar van.-

-The vehicles all rally at a set flag a few meters away from the Arms Dealer and get into formation. Bikes at the back, Quad cannons infront of the bikes, all in a chevron. The two snake trucks in front of them, along with the Radar Van in front of the trucks in a triangular pattern.-
-Repairs on the other vehicles are finished as well and more of them are being built-
-After a while, the flygon and snake vehicles are finished in repairs and construction, there are armor divisons being made-
