Also known as the Dominion of Kangaroo land (Also known as Land Down Under) were one of the later tribes to evolve, since they are fairly far away from Cavora, they evolved at around 728 BRP, after The turtle captain, Tutu, discovered the land, however the kangaroos already had a language, and the first kangaroo to learn the language of Captain Tutu, would later lead the Kangaroos, and teach them all the advancements made by the turtles, this great tutor would become the first King Of Kangaroo land, George I Perth. captain Tutu dubbed the area: The land down under. Their are 2 islands which comprise Kangaroo land, Australia and the tiny island of Tasmania. In total they cover a land mass of around 600,000 km^2 and consists of a population of 2.2 million kangaroos. (If this is too much please tell me because I don't know)
HQ layout: (The island looks kind of like Australia, except the south is way, more greener, also there are far more rivers) The Capital and HQ of the Kangaroo is located in Perth, which is a bustling city, with over 200 thousand kangaroos, inhabiting it. Its also the home of the Royal family, and the parliament. The city contains government buildings in the centre, north of centre, are massive apartment complexes, with large parks, and swimming pools around them, along with many shops being located inside the complexes. Towards the West and East of the centre lie the large expanses of industry, mostly petro chemical, although many metals are made. In the downtown regions of the capital, (South of the centre) There are many large tall buildings is where most of Perth's business are located.
Government type (Bonus): The country is a constitutional, parliamentary, monarchy, there are elections every 3 years, to elect the prime minister and the parliament. The parliament consist of 1 chamber, (50% of the delgates come from regions, and the other 50% from national votes) There are 2 major parties, constantly vying for control, known as: National (a centre-right party)and United (A centre left-party). He had perfect grades, and always wanted a career in politics, by the age of 15 his father gave him 2 chi revolvers, as a gift, which he still keeps on him at all times. By the age of 18 he joined the Melbourne Communal Union (A union of people, who wish to build a better community, by helping each other out through projects and loans), by 20 he became a prominent and popular speaker, by 22 he became a union leader, and by 28, he ran and successfully became Mayor of Melbourne (largest city in kangaroo land), then after 3 successful terms, he ran for party leader, and won, when his party won the elections he became Prime Minister at the age of 37. He is now approaching the end of his 6th term.

Long-hand Description: Hailing from the lost country of New Zealand and raised in the unforgiving Australian outback, the Sniper is a tough and ready crack shot. The Sniper's main role on the battlefield is to pick off important enemy targets from afar using his Sniper Rifle, named “The Classic” and its ability to deal guaranteed critical hits with a headshot (with some exceptions). He is effective at long range, but weakens with proximity, where he is forced to use his “Junkyard Spiker” or his “Kango Kutter”. As a result, the Sniper tends to perch on higher grounds or in hard-to-see places, where he can easily pin down enemies at chokepoints.
