The yellow snake paces, slithering back and forth.
Saleem: "They were converted into energy beams and then sent somewhere south... Othaurus hasn't made a move to take over the Octopuses since then, so it seems he had a completely different motive all along. And that motive was to awaken the Dragons, as he told me in our very last conversation."
IC: "Hmm. Dragons you say? The Queen must know about this. Search him for weapons then bring him." *Saleem is scanned for external or internal weapons.*
Saleem has no more weapons on him, however the alchemist does have several vials of various substances, none of which are deadly.
Saleem: "I've already smashed the last vial containing the resurrection potion, in case you're wondering. It's evaporated into nothingness now."
IC: "Okay. Could you unfreeze the piranhas that are frozen?" *Ppyrr and Pihana (I assume) ready the piranhas to move down southward. Meanwhile.* "Estoy listo. What I need do?"
The turtles set up campfires to thaw out the frozen piranhas, as Leonardo comes behind them with his entourage. The Turtle King stops just as he's about to depart.
Tyron: "The Snow Leopard King?"
Leonardo: "Turtles, Piranhas, greetings. I see you've formed a truce. That is good. I need to tell you about what those zombies were sacrificed for: the awakening of the Dragons."

The Snow Leopard Elders (the knights and soldiers are busy preparing for battle) show Pedro the first part of the Trials: getting across a long stream within the castle, with only a small rowboat. The water is so cold, it will instantly freeze a being who so much as puts a hand in it. There are also small whirlpools swirling in the stream; they aren't big or powerful enough to suck in the boat or its occupant, but they are enough to suck in the boat's paddle. Though the paddle will be harder to use due to the tip automatically being frozen and weighed down, the goal is to make it around the whirlpools to prevent losing the paddle, and to get to the end.
IC: *Pedro struggles a bit with the paddle, as he's used to swimming, but he barely avoids the whirlpools and makes it across.* =P

Well, considering how much i am developing these salmonids of my own, as a separate creation off the RP, i guess i can use whatever i have made of them so far for this RP i guess.
Yeah, I kinda retconned the Octolings into the "Octopus Tribe", since I don't know what story lines zaneandelsa was planning with characters such as DJ Octavio.
Well, for my fanon involving my salmonids, they would've easily been breaking their trust and ties of agreement with the Octarians and having a war with them. We're gonna assume that an octoling is also part of this Octopus tribe, right? Same for Inklings and this possible soon-be retconned Squid Tribe? But i dunno where my Salmannican Empire (what i would call my Salmonid "tribe") would fit into the RP. I know for one thing, they are bri'ish and they have taken over alot of other territory outside Chima, and just have discovered this land and plan to colonize it as well. They could bring a tough opponent to the Dragons if necessary if that sounds like a fun matchup. They'll arrive to the mainland through the east desert region of Chima (which, is my map of this Chima still around someplace? I could give it another shot and make it how is with the current canon in this rp so far) and prolly either explore further west, into southern volcanic territory and Piranha territories. Maybe send a ship or 2 into Turtle territorial waters to explore the land some more and maaaayyybe cause a conflict or something I dunno, i have alot on mind with my Salmonids as is.
Though the plot with Sven, could be retooled and restarted as an event happening in Piranha or turtle territory.

OOC: Otto was just talking to her about Saleem and how he said that Othaurus put in an ingredient to awaken the Dragons. So Owlina would know what was happening rather than asking what was happening. That's why Otto was talking to her. Owlina would still have been a kid (in owl years) when the Dragons were frozen, so i don't know if she would have even remembered them. (Although if that makes problems with Jgread's lore you might have to change Owlina to be younger.) =P

-The Reshiram woman smirks and chuckles- "Don't you know the grudge i hold against my sister...? I want that dreaded ice fortress of neutrality and Barriers out of my sight as i have been dreaming about it for FAR too long in my eternal slumber. My non-pokemon father may have had the same visions of that dreaded castle too but not as much as I... being mocked by my cold-hearted sister from the ethereal beyonds... i can't wait to see the look on her frozen face when i have her at flaming blade-point, cowering like usual." -she'd growled out before sighing, looking up and smiling-
"She'll never resist the urge to become one with the superior Vast White Pokemon of Truth~..." -she'd say, casually pulling out an odd-looking dagger with a strange blade on it from her furred busom, said blade, it looked eerily similar to the DNA Splicer that Kyuru gave trusted guardianship to the Snowleopards... they and Kyuru have not known there was more than one DNA Splicer they carried from their world!-
"You see my dear foreshortened Octoling, ...and the rest of you... I plan on attaining something that is... such a rare commodity in this estranged world i call... "home"...that commodity everyone wants... Balance~..." -she'd said, turning back to the the group forming before her- "And that Kyurem and the Leveling of Kastle Koldheart, will give us that Balance we need. And it all starts with this dagger's tri-pointed blade..." -she'd said, with such a impressed loved look to her before suddenly twirling round and pointing her blade in the direction Kastle Koldheart in the vast distance away, her vast furred white dress twirling in reaction with it's centripetal force enacted on it before stopping on it's maximum curve point and flowing back in place-

Since Leonardo had quickly departed to warn the other tribes about the Dragons, a Snow Leopard General takes the relic, assuring Kyuru that it'll be locked away safely.
-She'd awkwardly blink that this wasn't Leonardo she was talking to and casually shrugged- "Thhhhhaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnk.... -inhales- ...yyyyyyyoooooooouuuuuuu... ffffffeeeeellllloooooooowwwwww... -inhales- ...eeeeeeeellllleeeeeemmmmmeeeennnnttaaaaaalllllll..." -she'd nodded to the General and soon trudges away with her giantess step, hopefully to find a place in this Kingdom that can keep her residence around here... hoping it won't be destroyed like the last time she stayed here...-

Leonardo remembered Rezhizula, who Kyuru had come to the Snow Leopard Castle to warn him about, as he left the castle.
As the Dragons began their flight north to Cavora, Othaurus and a group of cats who allied with the tribe were assigned to go with Reshizula to Kastle Koldheart.
Saleem and the one living soldier under his command, Fulcrum, flew down to the Snake HQ in their remaining helicopter, after the zombie army had been hijacked by Othaurus to free the Dragons. There, Saleem gave a charismatic speech to the Snakes, telling them they should elect leaders henceforth, since their Queen abandoned them. The Owls arrived to capture Saleem, and he surrendered, knowing that his goal to turn the Snake Tribe into a democracy had technically been realized, despite obvious last-minute changes to the plan. Fulcrum, however, angered that Saleem was "giving up", and not putting him on the Flygon throne as originally planned, ran away in a smoke cover to escape capture. Saleem went with the Owls to their airship, where he explained what Othaurus had told him on the radio, about awakening the Dragons.
The Turtles and Piranhas, having formed a truce for the duration of their investigation into the zombies' sacrifice, pieced together Saleem's involvement with Pirex and the other zombies. Leonardo then made his way down the Glacial Pass to tell the two tribes about the Dragons, as Pedro, in Snow Leopard HQ, prepared to earn ice chi for the Piranhas.
Good! Im guessing Flygarra, his sister, and the rest of the Sandstone Council are still at sea with Agrakai in hoping to liberate his kingdom from FLA control? Im assuming thats where they are.
Where's Sa'Qhala in all this and whats been going on with the Serpentine Generals? (Acidicus and Skales more-so, since Fangtom and Skalidor are with Sa'Qhala i presume)

Like, if you have a bunch of inkling and octoling minfigures equipped with chi harnesses and Chima-style weapons, and then take away the named Splatoon characters like the Squid Sisters and Octavio, then you've pretty much got a Chima Squid Tribe and Octopus Tribe. Or at least, conceptually they would be called "squids" and "octopuses" in this setting (like how the Chima tribes don't call the Turtles "Turtlings"), unless, of course, the actual canon characters from Splatoon are there to distinguish the difference, which was the case when zaneandelsa was here.
That doesn't necessarily mean there can't still be the thematic link to Splatoon via the tribes' aesthetic, or that the Salmonids can't still exist. They can be a thing in Chima without the dimensional portal stuff (which I think only really makes sense for the Pokemon), since two unrelated versions of a character can exist in different continuities simultaneously (IE; Quicksilver in the MCU vs the X-Men Quicksilver, for a time). The thing with the Octolings in particular is, I don't know how to make Othaurus' plot relate to canon Splatoon characters without zaneandelsa controlling those characters to do what she originally planned with them, if that makes sense.

Ah, gotcha, that makes a whole buncha sense, actually, i've been thinking how my Salmannican Empire is kinda pushing boundaries with it trying to stay in Splatoon's canon in a sense outside this RP. But yea, the thematic link, it can be kept indeed and they won't have to be from dimensional portals like the Pokemon tribes and whatnot. Actually, i think i originally made the Salmannican Empire FOR THIS RP Originally before i ran with it to be a stand-alone splatoon fanon. Now that we have this sort of Retconning in place, i could also have the Salmannican Empire as a constant Enemy against and Squid and Octopus tribes as well. Othaurus would know the Salmonids in a sense.

-Still under control of the FLA, the capitol of Flygonistan numerous insurgent groups have fought for their own causes, but ever since (i totally forgotten the FLA leader's names, if any of you can remind me of who they are or their whereabouts, thank you) has been in power, numerous bands of insurgents and terrorist activity has been plaguing the Chimian Desert East, civilians of the territory fearing the worst in years living under such anarchist Shariah control, and with the Snake Kingdom in political ruin, their major allies, the FLA mobilizes to capitalize on this effect, hoping to make the Snakegyptians one of their true Caliphates.-
-Multiple UMFA (United Mountain Federation of the Aggron, remember) bases stationed in the deserts have all but fallen to FLA forces within Flygonistani territory, with remaining holdouts in Snakegyptian territories to keep an eye on the unraveling situation of the northern desert territory and help in humanitarian aid, with fewer bases down south in the Babylowlian territory.-
-Still out as sea, the Aggron ship Ironside, holding the remaining delegation of Sandstone Council Royalty and ledership, traveling towards Owl-owned Ports in the south deserts, keep churning thew waves along with it's massive Flotilla. Aboard the Bow of the massive Aggron warship, King FLygarra al-Dragconia I of Flygonistan looks onto the horizion as the desert landscape draws ever closer, along with UMFA President Agrakai Stone, looking out with him with the same blank stare of solem expression, also thinking with Flygarra about the ways to gain his former allies to rid the black stain on the desert territories...-
