No, and I don't see how this is confusing. The Turtle-Piranha war was a personal conflict between 2 tribes, like the Lions vs Crocs in the show. Piratox militarized his own tribe 20 years before the Roleplay.

Typhoon comes out of the front gate on the shore with a sea turtle, a soft-shelled turtle, and 2 tortoises behind him. They are all dressed like entities of high importance within the tribe.

20 years BRP— The Turtle-Piranha war occurs between those 2 tribes. No other tribes are involved in the conflict.
Now, in the RP— The piranhas will return for revenge. They might ally with the desert tribes, or they might not. We don't know yet, because it hasn't happened yet.
