OOC: To the first statement, chill. I just got the ranks mixed up. Well, the Sandstone Council should have answered the Koopa's message then. They might have helped the Sandstone Council if they had gotten answers about the FLA making the attack, but hey, they got no answers, so Brian naturally assumed that the Flygon tribe made the attack. It's not too late for Flygarra to stop them, but the Koopa Guild has declared war on the entire Flygon tribe.

-suddenly, a gust of wind blows Viokun off course, the vibrava soon is sent splatting into the truck’s window, the driver squeals and quickly activates the windsheild wipers. Viokun is swatted aside, hitting Parakefka, both children fall before the driver-side door, Viokun may have useful information to give out-

Story: The Koopas came to Chima through a mysterious portal that appeared. None of the koopalings or Bowser and Bowser Jr. came though, so a boomerang bro took charge. They laid claim to the local forest and established a tribe. They welcome visitors and are one of the main tribes. There are huts on the ground and walkways leading to fancy treehouses throughout the forest. In the tribe there are bros and koopas.

Weapons(s): Hand-me-down attacks tuaght by her parents and oddly, a stolen prototype Advancced Hammer using latest in hammer bro technology that looks like as below, but scaled down in order for her to use it properly. (This weapon being stolen is due to her fascination with wanting to become both a Paratroopa and a Hammer Bro... or a Hammer sis? Due to Hammer Bros. Only using flying winged blocks in order to rain down hammers from above.)
Personality: Like a Shy Laval, fun-loving and adolescent, but timid, afraid of failure and not very well in social situations, she often flies right into different emotions rather quickly for comedic effect.
Apperance: She wears a flight uniform helmet akin to her father, and the same periwinkle hoodie and blue shorts akin to Koops, and the long flowing golden locks of Koopie Koo. She wears shiny raindow-colored braces in that smile of hers, and wears Harry-Potter-esque Bifocals. Most of her clothing are hand-me-downs from them. Her wings are somewhat large for the young child she is and have some stickers and glitter on them, and her eyes are oddly blue and pupil-less. Her shell is painted blue and has swirls in each section scale on it. To representnthe wind in her wings, Her face is light colored in an nice pale yellow-brown, and her wrists and knees are bandaged up for decor.
Bio: Being one of the first few koopas born in chima, Parakefka was the child of two koopas whom were allies of the legendary red plumber himself, Mario. Parakarry and Koopie-Koo were partners in Mario’s adventures back in the day before their sudden transition to Chima. When they married and bore Parakefka, they wanted her to be as strong and heroic as their old freind, from what Karry and Koopie learned from ol’ red. They told Kefka eveything about him, down to them helping him beat Bowser on the two occasions they were involved in. This gave Parakefka the sense of becoming a hero and a protagonist like her parents before, but something was off with Parakefka, she was not that socially active and failed to make many freinds whom were loyalists to Bowser. Although Brian accepted Parakefka’s parents actions in the past, Brian didn’t like (at first) how Parakefka was idolizing the plumbers and wanted to remove her from his society, but her parents protected Kefka’s right to stay a guild member, and the leader couldn’t simply exile celebrities. Kefka’s family is a black sheep to the rest of the guild members, and is often forgotten due to the family history's and protagonist ambition... with Parakarry doing a bulk of the mailwork in the tribe, he is slowly regaining his fam’s status.

Viokun: "Darn it, does my older brother have to baby me around?! Its unfair! I should be training with him!" -the young vibrava whined, his voice all high-pitched and squeaky-
-The desert Storm lord smiled and found the child he was looking for-
Flygarra Draconia: "Say there, little one... does Flyghattas treat you well?" -he said with intrest-
Viokun (unbeknownst that the king is speaking to him): "Why yes! My older brother is mean, and won't let me see his training! I deserve to be a great as him you know!" -he said, whining more. Flygarra scratching his beard then with a smile he sat next to the young child.-
Flygarra: "I want you to be a great as your brother, and... possibly even better than him! Sure evolution is far but so close for you, Viokun that... a little "event" happened at the turtle's gates and i want you to send a message to their king for them so i can make my point clear for a declaration of war!" -he said with a proud grin, Viokun's wings and antenne perking up in response-
Viokun: "WHAAAAAAAAT, IM TALKING TO KING FLY SHA'RAN!?!?" -he screamed, jutting into the air, his wings flapping crazily-
-Flygarra could only luagh at the over-the-top reaction. And sigh, spinning around his Terrain Decimator staff.-
Flygarra: "Why yes little one. You are talking to his majesty himself! So i want you to do a little favor for me..." -he said with a sly grin.-
-Viokun listened, regardless if he could be put in danger or not-
(OOC: Uhm, yeah, sure im blaming the FLA and all, but Flygarra here was explaining to Viokun his condolences to any loss of life and property damages made by the FLA to the Koopas. Viokun was a bit too hyped up and mistook it for an declaration of war. The FLA also had tampered with the video message Viokun delivered as well, editing it to make it look like Flygarra was declaring war upon the Koopas when he really was apologiing for FLA attacks that he had no control over.)
Back-story: From a dimensional rift in space, mostly likely from Palkia, A population of about 1000 or so Flygon disappeared from Hoenn. There, they were transported to Chima as a result of the destination of being one of the 16 realms. There, the Flygons lived undisturbed until the great distasters that gave rise to Mt. Cavora happened. From there, the Flygons took intrest in their primal animalistic state. From there on, once the Ground-Dragons took a few swigs, their now newly evolved forms took place, giving much stronger arms, human-like legs and much more powerful wings. There on, they established their chi river vally civilization, gaining the ability to use agriculture and chi for fast-developed technology. But after a while, the river dried up of Chi they harvested and wanted more, the hatred and greif of losing such a precious resource turned the surrounding area into a great desert, raging with never-ending sandstorms. This area became The Sand-dancer Desert, also known as to the Flygons, snakes, and pygmy owls as "Alsahra' Almuqadasa". (The Holy Desert.)
The Flygon tribe are inspired by Middle Easterners, and their values are based off to similar islamic values. They will take no mercy to wage holy wars on any crusading enemy whom opposes their religion, values, or any action they make, as they are very militaristic for protecting their holy-land; the land which once bore the fruit of creation from Arceus himself, which evolved them over their limitations quickly and effectively. Now they speak the regular chimian language, and even their own one named "Alkhitab". AKA, "Grounded Speech", which is basically a broken middle-eastern-inspired language that i made. Their clothing is styled after Middle-Eastern trends and and customs as well.

3Ic: "Qayid Alharb Alumquadasa" (Holy War Commander) (there needs to be two characters whom are siblings to fill this role, Brother and Sister in combat always fight and protect each other!)

There there are the soldiers, which are many of one of the lord's men, and will protect and fight for him, wherever he may be.

Also, i forgotten to mention, since the Flygon has an Evolutionary Line, All Trapinches and Vibrava also count inside this tribe, they represent infancy and child-teenhood respectively. All regular Flygons are young adults, all the way to elders. So yeah, forgotten to mention this, but, how can you not forgotten Pokémon evolving? )
FlyGhattas the Flygon and Viokun the Vibrava (Both of these characters are brothers)
Role(s): Hard to specify, FlyGhattas is nicknamed "The Sandstorm Scout" so he's a part of many desert recon teams, Viokun on the other hand is a bit young to join the Royal Sandstone Army but tags along with his older brother anyways, Viokun is age 12, FlyGhattas is age 21. But, Viokun will soon become a "royal messenger", much to be the dismay to his older brother.
Weapon(s) of Choice: A "Sand-Man" baseball bat for melee combat, and Sand-paper Scatter-gun for FlyGhattas. Viokun has no weapons but plans on getting a baseball bat to idolize his older brother
Appearance(s): FlyGhattas is a young man, his wingspan being an great 10 yards, and his tail being 2 yards long, his height is a short 5'9", but with this comes his ultimate perk: speed IV's. With much training from the RSA, his stats excelled in his speed and somewhat in his physical attack, being one, if not the strongest arm in his unit, which his unit is desgnated as "Hotel Bravo 2", the best recon unit in the RSA. His looks are amazingly simple! Just your typical un-shiny flygon colors, but his clothing is alot different than the regular desert camo. He wears a red baseball tee, around his neck is his amulet for holding an orb of chi, plus two dog-tags, his identification, his hands bandaged up at the top and bottom of his palms, his pants being sweat-shorts with a tan color, he also wears a black baseball cap, with a little yellow earpiece on his left ear, his antenne stick out of the back of the cap, wearing some snazzy gymshoes of nice colorful rainbow of colors, he also wears long socks that go up to his knees, and he also (becuase anime is anime. ) has awesome rockin orange and red hair. His wings are large and can propell him up to speeds of around 200-350 mph, and his legs can Usaine Bolt him to running speeds over 25 mph on just a single sprint alone, without chi. Plugging in an orb doubles these numbers, making him seemingly, (to him) the fastest thing alive in all of Chima.
Viokun is a Vibrava. His young wingspan reaches around a measley 6 yards, his tail is a bit short, being only 3 feet long, he has a short minifigs' legs and his eyes green and covered, like the Vibrava he is. Viokun is 4'10" tall, and is full of abundant energy and happiness, just seemingly bouncing off walls and overjoyed to be in the action. He's willing and able to do somthing he is asked or told, making him a very reliable child. Although he is a bit annoying to FlyGhattas, his older brother can put up with him, as long as Viokun dosent start whining and crying like a baby. Then the brothers can begin to get a little hasty and angry. Using any direct altercation if necessary, but it dosent take long for those fights to end, thanks to FlyGhattas' company breaking them up. Viokun's Flight pattern is very twitchy and erratic, making his flying all over the place, zipping left and right, to and fro, pitching, yawing, mostly everywhere. His best speed record was around 125 mph, his avg. being 89 mph. His sprinting speed being around 17 mph. Viokun is a bit young for Chi, thus he doesn't have a little amulet for an orb to be placed in. The clothing Viokun wears is a Flygon Agal, and oddly enough, Dragon-tailored blue jeans. He has very vibrant green and tan hair.
