Typhoon sits in a shell tank at the back doorway of the outpost, within the portcullis. When he sees Ppyrr approaching, he shoots thick chi lasers from the tank's dual barrels down the hallway at the piranha. The turtles defeated by Ppyrr in the hallway retract into their armored shells as the tank blasts zoom down the hall.
IC: *Ppyrr kicks up a turtle shell like a skateboard and it either blocks the blast or the turtle inside is smashed if the blast goes through. If the blast does go through, Ppyrr leans to the side and it goes past him.*
OOC: Did the turtles retract into their shells as soon as they saw him coming? Because if not, then all of them would be severely wounded or smashed, unless they had armor covering all of them.
OOC: The turtles are all heavily armored, and the protective strength of their shells is increased when they have chi plugged. If Ppyrr has chi plugged himself, he could wreck the armor and do light damage the shells underneath.
IC: One of the blasts from the double-barreled tank cannons hits the turtles's shell, but knocks the turtle to the end of the hall rather than going through the other blast is coming straight at Ppyrr.
Tyron: "Yes, I've heard about this, but I've also heard that turtles attacked a shipment from the Cats to the Koopas. I did not send any turtles to do such a thing, so we've clearly been framed." Tyron immediately sends an armored but diplomatic transport to the Cat lands to make peace with them and solve this mystery. Tyron asks the turtles from the shipment: "So you were attacked by cats? Are you absolutely sure? You fought them face-to-face?"
OOC: I'm impressed with Tyron's spies.
IC: "Yeah. Well, we didn't stand much of a chance. They attacked, stole some items, and left, all in less than a minute."
OOC: Oh, I thought the news about both shipment attacks became quickly widespread by witnesses.
Tyron: "Alright, then these are grave tidings indeed. The turtles have been framed, and the cats have become hostile to us. We shall break off all relations with the Cat Tribe (with the exception of the armored diplomatic transport I sent to their HQ), until or unless we find out that it was a rogue group of cats who attacked our shipment, and not part of their tribe."

They are let in and King Lionardo is on his throne with his catguards standing near.* "Have you come to make sense of this situation? I don't understand it myself, we never gave your king reason for offense."
The turtles bow to the Cat King. Tortious: "Yes, we are just as confused as you. Turtles who'd guarded a shipment of ours reported back that our shipment had been attacked by cats. Our King never sent turtles to carry out an attack on the cats, and we suspect that both our tribes have been framed by rogue members of our species."
Owlina: “An underground Terror organization bent on freeing all Flygons from their monarchial control. We had kept tabs on them for a while, but ever since Flygarra left in a disparingly dissolute manner after the test of the Drakonida Cannon, that gave the rebels the oppertune time to take the tribe into their own hands. Sa’Qhala and I know this very well, i mean, we didn’t marry Flygarra for a reason as to strengthen relationships between our tribes...”
-she’d looked away in worry- “I hope Flygarra is okay, we wouldn’t want too much harm done unto us if other tribes get involved...”
IC: "Well if Flygarra went missing, his 2nd in command(s) should've taken over the tribe officially. So it doesn't make sense that his 2nd in command(s) would be leading the rebel group."
(OOC: hey Torahvision, you in on this? I mean, i wanted to give you such a role, maybe you can help Flygarra regain his position as ruler of his tribe, maybe they can meet on the Cruise liner he's on to the UMFA. )

OOC: Paradigm? Paradox? If it was Paradigm, the leader could be named Shift, and it would make sense, because the animals grew up in their cities loyal (sorta) to their goverments, but now their view is changing as they join and fight for the band.
