OOC: Redd doesn't know anything about what you're doing unless Agrakai tells him. Just letting you know if you're getting impatient of this roundabout.
Agrakai: “I am in need of military alliance with your faction of animals. Me and the kangaroos have ratified ours, if your willing to join us in a chimian civil war on the side of the turtles, once we ask them, then we aggron will assure your people’s right as an independent country in the UMFA, and will reap the spoils of victory and glory against the evil Pirahnas. What do ya say?”
IC: "My faction of animals? Are you sure you have-a the righta number.... or the righta animal?"
OOC: Using animal instead of person... cause you know.

For clarification, mimicking real-world nations, events, leaders, specific technology (i.e. actual German plane models etc.) and WMDs is not allowed here due to issues it's caused in the past.

Well then that means even the original Chima has to be banned because if you look into it deep enough you find that every tribe is an analogy to a real human cultural stereotype. It's almost as if Human writers are influenced by human events!
If people don't get offended by the concept that white eagles are intellectuals and black ravens are thieves I don't think people are going to get bothered by a bunch of penguins running around proclaiming their love for the mother arctic.
And yes, the former, if I must remind everyone, was the actual cultural schtick that surrounded eagles and ravens back in the original Chima, and nobody's pointed it out or complained about it until now.
Unless you can point out specific "issues it's caused in the past" your argument is not exactly strong and severely limits the creativity of everyone involved here.

Hi Emarcee,
I agree that it’s perfectly normal for writers and story makers to be influenced by events in history, as well as their real-world experiences. You will find many similarities between history and works of film and literature. It is important to note, however, that there is a difference between common ideas and a direct analogy.
It’s possible that themes from history such as good and evil, war, stereotypes, etc. may carry over into your roleplaying. That, however, is not mimicking a historical event because you aren’t directly copying leaders, battles, etc. Having an army of penguins mentioned to be Russian and sing the Soviet anthem is a clear direct reference, and so that sort of thing would not be allowed. Neither would stating that a tribe is communist. If you want to have a group of penguins living in cold regions, that is fine and to be expected. Calling them Russian penguins is crossing the line. And even if the specific names and terms aren’t used, basing a tribe off of Communist Russia or any other nation isn’t allowed in general. After all, this is Chima, not Animal Farm.
Regarding your last point, these past issues relate directly to other users’ rejected posts, which are meant to be a private issue (your post in question being an exception given the fact that it was needed for clarity). I will tell you, however, that users have made tribes in the past that directly copy murderous regimes and their leaders with names changed. Such tribes and the implications that come with them are inappropriate and not allowed.
In short, while you are welcome to draw inspiration from history, you cannot directly copy or mimick modern or historical leaders, nations, events, etc. Seeing as this topic is meant to be a roleplay, further discussion will be considered off-topic.

First of all, I never said the penguins in of themselves were communist.
Second of all -- I didn't actually mean the penguins in of themselves were literally from Russia, I only meant that they have characteristics that pertain to Russia.
As for them singing the Soviet anthem -- that's only because it's become something of an internet meme in modern days
IC: "I'm-a not sure that you do... maybe you coulda provide some-a clarification."
The J -Agrakai grumbles and pulls you into the conversation- ”HUMAN, SPEAK, GIVE HIM CLARIFICATION!!!”
OOC: Hint: You have not mentioned anything of The Rogue Brotherhood, any of the species in the Rogue Brotherhood, or any of the commanders of the Rogue Brotherhood.

-The spark of civil war happens, and the Flygon tribe is shattered into multiple factions, some wanting royal unity, other wanting democracy, others wanting a paramilitary group to unite the tribe, just for power-grabs. But the two most prominent factions warring against eachother, the “Alraml Almalakiu”, the “Sandstone Royalists”, and the Paramilitary “Fariq Draconid Alsahra'”, also known as “Team Draconid Desert”, or simply known as the “Draconids”.-
-The war erupted when the Draconids began to burn oilfields belonging to the Royalists, setting a scene up similar to this image below. Workers were massacred and not spared, the Draconids wanting to cripple an economy so tight and powerful of the UMFA.-
-...And as the desert skies are blacked out by dark clouds of doom and disunity, the Snakes and Pygmy Owls alliance is now shattered, and both remain neutral, often wanting to side with the royalists to keep peace, but all are too scared to fight, than risk retaliation by the Draconid Leader, al-Flygea Hamaar, whom wishes to ally with the Pirahnas for benefit of the Draconids-
Saleem al-Yousif slithers through the burning fields and villages, Pirex trotting behind him. With veils strapped all over his body, the Mad Alchemist throws his potion mixture across the bodies of fallen Flygons. One by one, they rise, their eyes glowing blue, immediately following Saleem like a hive mind. Saleem: "Hear my voice and rejoice, for you all ssshall have a sssecond chance at life! Not only that, you will alssso have the great honor of being part of Saleem al-Yousif'sss Army of the Reborn! With new life and new purpossse, I bring you mercy as well, for you now have the chance to avenge yourselvesss. Follow your masster, and together we can smash the beings who smashed you...and then, they will receive mercy as well, by being reborn and added to my growing army jussst as you were. Then, we will have...peace."
