They're still in the very early stages of development. Like writing the screenplay, I assume that's the first thing you do.

I'm guessing TLBM must have more of the team for TLM and TLMS while TLNM might have a mostly different team behind it, with the TLM team just "supervising."

Benny because he knows how to make spaceships.Also there should be a movie called the Benny movie.

I think nowadays, film companies start making movies a while before they ever announce or tease it. You know how The Captain Underpants Movie is new? I remember hearing about it in, I dunno, 2012.
