*** The figure looked back at the army. “Any other quitters?” He asked. The crowd stood silent, not saying anything. “Good.” He confirmed. He then reached up and pulled off the helmet to reveal large locks of purple dyed hair. Now unmasked, Cammile declared, “Now let us put an end to the Elemental Masters.”

Wait, you're that close to finishing this story?! Duuudddeee!
Chapter 23 - Moar Preparation Part 4 “Wha-?!” “What happened?” “Hey, where are we?!” “We’re saved!” “Pirates don’t go rawr!” “What’s this place?!” This was just a sample of the outcries and bursts of some of the creatures all summoned together in a crowd. Anacondrai, Serpentine, Skulkin, ghosts, and Stone Warriors all glanced around warily, confused by the current circumstances. Some began to notice a shadowy figure walking up slowly from the bottom of the slope of the hill. Finally, at the top, all the creatures took note of the sun shining upon the figure. He was covered in dark robes with a black, metallic mask covering his face. “I have gathered you all for a reason.” He said in a warped, robotic voice. The creatures perked up slightly in interest. “Yeah, what is it?!” An Anacondrai shouted. “We all have grudges against the Elemental Masters, don’t we?” The person said. The creatures simply stared. “Huh?” The same Anacondrai asked. “The ninja!” He confirmed. “The ninja; they’re elemental masters!” Several exhalations of “ohhhhhhh” and “ahhhhhhh” rippled throughout the crowd. They then nodded their heads and shouted, “Yes!” “Well, together we can finally wipe out the Elemental Masters for good. Each of you have been sent out individually to defeat the ninja.” He reminded. “Some of you have been more successful than others.” He noted, eying a couple Skulkin standing in the front of the crowd. “However, I did not think one certain group of you had the power to take out the Elemental Masters.” He declared. “I have sent each of you out to weaken them, which – most of – you have succeeded in. Together, you have all done your best to wound and capture them, and now we have them all. “Zane!” He called. “Bring up our prisoners.” Zane, with a determined expression and red, glowing eyes, pushed up a large cart holding a vengestone barred cage containing the Elemental Masters – including Kai, Lloyd, Jay, Bolobo, and Griffin Turner amongst others. Some gaped and stared at the massive army, while others tried to break free of the cage.
Finally finished the chapter; I'll continue posting it tomorrow. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Oh no why?
Have I read part 3? Because if I haven't responded to it, I haven't. Sorry.
Chapter 23: Moar Preparation - Part 5 “Let us go, Zane!” Nya shouted, gritting her teeth as she gripped the bars tightly. “This isn’t the real you!” “Your friend is no longer there.” Neuro noted to Nya. “He has seemingly been hacked to obey his new master.” “There’s gotta be some way!” Nya insisted. “Zane, you have to remember! ‘Ninja never quit!’ ‘I am built to protect those who cannot protect themselves!’” Despite Nya’s efforts, Zane still stood emotionless, showing no kind of memory of such events whatsoever. The figure continued. “Before gathering you, I had made it my own determination to find and imprison all the Elemental Masters. I knew it would be more of a struggle to get the ninja, as they stay in a certain group, so I waited to do them last. I was just about to come for them as I finished my final capture, but one of them left me in a state where I could not continue.” He bent over to pull away part of his cloak at his leg, revealing disgustingly tinted green skin, looking warped and deformed in an unnatural way. “And you deserved it!” Toxita shouted from her cage. “I just wish I’d poisoned the rest of you and not just your leg!” Ignoring her remark, he continued. “That’s where you came in. By the use of toxic gases to turn you Serpentine back into your true, sinister selves and the Realm Crystal, returning the rest of you from the Departed Realm back here, I was able to let you weaken the ninja to the extent where I could capture them. “The Ice Ninja was hacked with ease; the Fire and Dirt Ninja” (“Earth!” Cole shouted angrily.) “Were captured as they were transported to Stixx; the Lightning and Water Ninja were freed from the Realm back into my clutches; the Green Ninja was foolish enough to simply sacrifice himself to us – the whole thing was child’s play, really.
Oh dear. I have a feeling this is one of the Elemental Masters. Possibly Chamille. . . ?
Chapter 23 : Moar Preparation - Part 6 “There is now only one left – the other master of form. He isn’t even thirteen years old; he might even be nine. You are to capture him as well, which, of course, should be easy. He is very young, and has only practiced his elemental talents for a short time. However, you are not to harm him. I want to give him the opportunity to join our leagues. Should he refuse, he will join the rest of the Elemental Disasters – to rot away the rest of his life in a prison cell. “This capture is not as much of a task as a statement – every creature on the entire island of Ninjago will know of our power, and that nothing will stop us! Now, my question to you is – are you ready?” The army cheered and roared in excitement, hungrily anticipating the battle which was to come. After several seconds of fierce yelling and excitement, a small Serpentine stepped out and answered in a soft voice: “No, not really.” The figure looked down upon the snake, wondering what to do. He finally responded, “Fine, leave.” The Serpentine quickly waddled away down the hill, later to trip upon a rock, making him stumble and roll down. The figure looked back at the army.

Chapter 23 - Moar Preparation Part 1 Focus. Distraction was completely out of the question. Toil. Hard work was required to succeed. Hunger. Maybe he should head to the fridge before he continued. As Andrew opened the fridge door to look over the contents, he analyzed the situation. He really was the last hope Ninjago had left, right? But what was there to possibly come next? Aside from Jay's mumbling about pie fly bets (or sky pirates?), there was no other threat the ninja had encountered - at least, none that the ninja told him about. There was still another question - who was behind all of this? With most of the villains of Ninjago, the ninja knew them well before they defeated them. Andrew didn't know who hacked Zane and brought back the old villains to take down the rest of the ninja. Whoever he was, he had to be somebody cunning and in well knowledge of the ninja's adventures. Andrew noticed a piece of cake with a yellow note on it reading: "Cole's - don't touch!!!!" He inspected the frosting-covered, moist and soft piece. Cole wouldn't be around to eat it, and it was shameful to waste such good food. Biting into the lusciously delicious slice, he began to close the refrigerator door until he noticed a green pudding cup with "JAY" scrawled upon it with a crude black marker. Although he didn't care for pudding at the time, he pulled it out to eat anyway just to annoy Jay when he returned. Andrew headed back to the dojo, then paused. He was tired of training; it was all he had ever been doing! He knew this was what Lloyd and the others would want of him, but man, he was worn out! By the time he arrived in battle, he would be too tired by all the training - yet he couldn't just sit around and wait for the next wave of villainy. He had to prepare somehow, but how? Andrew's eyebrows suddenly arched as a thought entered his head. Instead of physical training, he could do elemental training.
Now that we have the 2000 character limit, I thought I might as well post the first part of the next chapter, even though I'm only halfway through.
Chapter 23: Moar Preparation - Part 2 He stood up straight and tried to think of an animal. Turtle! Trying to ignore the randomness of the thought, he suddenly shrunk down to a nearly-slimy creature as his back hardened into a brown shell. Looking at himself, he laughed. Sure enough, he was a turtle! He tried saying "Yo, I'm Tommy the Turtle," but nothing came out. Turtles couldn't talk, and neither could he - it was a shame, because if he could become a talking animal, he'd be a great actor for children's television programs. He then thought of another animal. Llama! His legs and neck rose suddenly as white fur sprouted all around him. He was a llama! He made a strange braying sound, laughing at how ridiculous he was. He wondered if his form powers had any limits. What about - mythical creatures?! There was no way he could become something imaginary, right? His fur shrunk down, his neck went down a bit, and a conical horn sprouted from his head. He was a unicorn. Andrew galloped around the dojo in surprise and joy. A unicorn?! This was insane! He actually did it! Thinking over the results of his transformations as he shrunk back into a human, he thought he was ready to turn into anything - his transformations were acute and precise for any occasion. He was an Elemental Master!
Short chapter part, but this is the most convenient stopping place. Same goes for the next one. =P
Chapter 23: Moar Preparation - Part 3 The wind ruffled his smooth feathers as Andrew soared across the blue skies of New Ninjago City. His wings spread across the open skies; as he turned the wind blew him further to the side. He continued flapping above the buildings, homes and businesses of the city, acknowledging the life of a pigeon must certainly be a good one, if it was as fun and exciting as this. He swooped down to the ground near the Hospital. Turning back into his human form, Andrew stepped into the revolving doors of the hospital, but as he entered the waiting room, he noticed there was not a soul to be seen. "Of course!" He exclaimed. "Everybody evacuated because of the ghosts. There's nobody left." (Of course, Andrew didn't remember there were still some people remaining.) Remembering the ghosts, Andrew pondered upon what had become of them - he hadn't seen them around. It's as if they no longer cared bothering with Andrew. Andrew supposed it was a good thing, but he was still nervous - if they were never defeated, what would they do next? Andrew sighed. Perhaps there really was nothing to do but to wait for the next turn of events.

Hah! I was actually right but WHYYYYYY?!?!?
Aw, man.
I have my plans. >:-) They're not as jaw-droppingly surprising as I'd like them to be, but they're plans, which is more than I could say when I started the story.
