Chapter 23 - Moar Preparation Part 1 Focus. Distraction was completely out of the question. Toil. Hard work was required to succeed. Hunger. Maybe he should head to the fridge before he continued. As Andrew opened the fridge door to look over the contents, he analyzed the situation. He really was the last hope Ninjago had left, right? But what was there to possibly come next? Aside from Jay's mumbling about pie fly bets (or sky pirates?), there was no other threat the ninja had encountered - at least, none that the ninja told him about. There was still another question - who was behind all of this? With most of the villains of Ninjago, the ninja knew them well before they defeated them. Andrew didn't know who hacked Zane and brought back the old villains to take down the rest of the ninja. Whoever he was, he had to be somebody cunning and in well knowledge of the ninja's adventures. Andrew noticed a piece of cake with a yellow note on it reading: "Cole's - don't touch!!!!" He inspected the frosting-covered, moist and soft piece. Cole wouldn't be around to eat it, and it was shameful to waste such good food. Biting into the lusciously delicious slice, he began to close the refrigerator door until he noticed a green pudding cup with "JAY" scrawled upon it with a crude black marker. Although he didn't care for pudding at the time, he pulled it out to eat anyway just to annoy Jay when he returned. Andrew headed back to the dojo, then paused. He was tired of training; it was all he had ever been doing! He knew this was what Lloyd and the others would want of him, but man, he was worn out! By the time he arrived in battle, he would be too tired by all the training - yet he couldn't just sit around and wait for the next wave of villainy. He had to prepare somehow, but how? Andrew's eyebrows suddenly arched as a thought entered his head. Instead of physical training, he could do elemental training.
Now that we have the 2000 character limit, I thought I might as well post the first part of the next chapter, even though I'm only halfway through.

Chapter 23: Moar Preparation - Part 2 He stood up straight and tried to think of an animal. Turtle! Trying to ignore the randomness of the thought, he suddenly shrunk down to a nearly-slimy creature as his back hardened into a brown shell. Looking at himself, he laughed. Sure enough, he was a turtle! He tried saying "Yo, I'm Tommy the Turtle," but nothing came out. Turtles couldn't talk, and neither could he - it was a shame, because if he could become a talking animal, he'd be a great actor for children's television programs. He then thought of another animal. Llama! His legs and neck rose suddenly as white fur sprouted all around him. He was a llama! He made a strange braying sound, laughing at how ridiculous he was. He wondered if his form powers had any limits. What about - mythical creatures?! There was no way he could become something imaginary, right? His fur shrunk down, his neck went down a bit, and a conical horn sprouted from his head. He was a unicorn. Andrew galloped around the dojo in surprise and joy. A unicorn?! This was insane! He actually did it! Thinking over the results of his transformations as he shrunk back into a human, he thought he was ready to turn into anything - his transformations were acute and precise for any occasion. He was an Elemental Master!
Short chapter part, but this is the most convenient stopping place. Same goes for the next one. =P

Chapter 23: Moar Preparation - Part 3 The wind ruffled his smooth feathers as Andrew soared across the blue skies of New Ninjago City. His wings spread across the open skies; as he turned the wind blew him further to the side. He continued flapping above the buildings, homes and businesses of the city, acknowledging the life of a pigeon must certainly be a good one, if it was as fun and exciting as this. He swooped down to the ground near the Hospital. Turning back into his human form, Andrew stepped into the revolving doors of the hospital, but as he entered the waiting room, he noticed there was not a soul to be seen. "Of course!" He exclaimed. "Everybody evacuated because of the ghosts. There's nobody left." (Of course, Andrew didn't remember there were still some people remaining.) Remembering the ghosts, Andrew pondered upon what had become of them - he hadn't seen them around. It's as if they no longer cared bothering with Andrew. Andrew supposed it was a good thing, but he was still nervous - if they were never defeated, what would they do next? Andrew sighed. Perhaps there really was nothing to do but to wait for the next turn of events.
