There's kind of an unofficial age limit, and Mods should probably be 13+. Any younger than that and they really wouldn't be able accurately judge whether a post is appropriate or not.
I don't really agree with that. You see, adults have to go to work, even in the summer, while kids have much more time on there hands! Tweed made a good point that youth is a plus, since they are more familiar with the language of the current day! The reason why people can't join here if they aren't 13 or older, is because of proboard's rules! That increases the total of members and decreases them to the amount of guests we have!

Kids have school and homework afterwards, so they only really have time in the summer. Adults can be perfectly well inclined to slang, possibly more so than kids. The reason I say kids (12 and under really) shouldn't be Mods is because a 10 year old for example isn't going to be able to detect something like an innuendo or a backhanded insult or comment. I'm all for young kids being on this site, I just think them being a moderator is a step too far.

I understand, but don't you think there's an exception to every rule? Some kids can be really smart!

Yes I agree, which is probably why they haven't set an official age limit for being a mod. I just think they shouldn't really advertise being a mod to the younger audience.

well I disagree, you see my little bro. on this site is 6 and he has an account, you just need to enter incorrect info, my bro. can also tell if something if offencive or not one time he clicked on a youtube video that had many swears in it, he imidietly turned it off. The reason I dunt have an account is because I just don't see the point

Entering a fake age is one thing, (This is all talking about if they were to send in a moderator application, making an account to post on and be a normal user is perfectly fine), being able (at 6, for example) to fake maturity, vocabulary, grammar, and anything like that is impossible. So just because someone entered a fake age to create their account doesn't mean that from there it's easy to become a mod.
Being able to know what a swear is is one thing. Unfortunately a lot of young kids can do that in today's society. Can a 6 year old recognize an innuendo, back-handed comment, an encrypted message, or a post that is inappropriate but not to the extent of swearing or blatant inappropriateness? No, a 6 year old really can't.

Um...
Not all children have access to youtube. Most of them won't click off, because they're not experienced and most don't care about the curses!
I get annoyed when people just decide to be guests, and don't have the decency to actually sign in. No offense but it hurts the creators when you say there's no point to sign in, because there are alot!
1. There are features guests can't use like polls, likes, friends, and more! 2. It messes up with the average users and just kills a lot of the total! 3. It makes the site look bad! Why would anyone want to be a member, if there are more guests than actual users? 4. Like you said, you could just put in fake information! It's really easy!
