The staff at Bobbywan's Tolkien trivia game kindly request that from now on you post your questions in jammers. We work hard to make these quizzes, and do not wish to have them spoiled for prospective participants.
{Jammers}1. To serpents, with emerald eyes, one upholding a crown, the other devouring it.
2. Vilya, Narya, Nenya
3. A shining white gem in a silver circlet, and heirloom of Numenor. The original was lost with Isildur and later discovered by Aragorn and Gimli in Orthanc after the war of the ring. In the intervening milennia a replica was forged by the elves of Rivendell by the Kings of Arnor.
4. The nauglimir, was forged by the dwarves of Ered Luin for Finrod. Hurin retrieved it and cast it at Thingol's feet. Thingol had the dwarves forge the Silmaril into it, resulting in the quarrel in which Thingol died. It was reclaimed by Beren, worn by Luthien until her death, and finally separated from the Silmaril and lost during the Third Kinslaying.
5. A shining emerald gem set into a casing fashioned like an eagle. Forged in Gondolin, either by Enerdhil or Celebrimbor worn by Earendil. Either Celebrimbor forged a second at Galadriel's behest during the second age, or Gandalf brought the original with him from Valinor.* Given by Galadriel to Arwen who gave it back to Galadriel who gave it to Aragorn, who wore it when he healed people after the Battle of Pelennor fields, resulting in the people of Gondor deeming him with the elven name he was foretold to bear, Elessar.
*This is called "Tolkien couldn't make up his mind and we pretend that it represents conflicting historical opinions." Oddly, none of this first section of my answer is explained in LOTR, only hinted at, which might leave one wondering why Aragorn cares so much about it.
