I heard about SpaceX but not about Germany, is it like an ESA project?
They're going to send people to the same place the Apollo 11 astronauts did, and then they'll take pictures of the US flag there to prove that it actually happened.
I don't think Germany has the capabilities to do it without the ESA.
Yeah, I know. Roger B. Chaffee et al actually died during takeoff. But after that, NASA spent a lot of time and money into researching and building ways to make it safe, which is why it wasn't until Apollo 8 when they sent humans again.
To be fair, Soviet safety for anything and everything was far worse. Those guys didn't care who got killed for glory of motherland.
>one rifle per two men >fuel tanks as rear armor >dogs as anti-tank weapons and expendable test subjects >removing evidence of dead cosmonauts
etc.
That is true. In Soviet Russia, people are for the government.

They've got enough power to, but they'd probably use the ESA because they like working with other countries.
Yeah, the problem was, he didn't beat the UK first.
That is true. The UK would've been practically impossible to beat, anyway.
Yeah, but I still think it was definitely unwise to split up his army like that. That was one of the Central Powers' biggest weaknesses in the First World War, fighting on two fronts. Hitler fought in WWI, so he should have known better.

Russia was the real cause for victory not the US's.

The US's what? And which war are you talking about at this point?

On the contrary, in the long run the victory goes to the United States. Had the USSR gone unchecked in Europe, they would have turned Western Europe into a series of puppet governments like they did with the "democratic" Poland, East Germany, and the Baltic states. While Russia could easily have won World War II by themselves, that would not be an Allied victory or a good thing.

Another big weakness was that most of the world was with the Allied Powers.

Yeah, I agree. Although the attempted invasion of the USSR was what caused the Nazis' downfall, America and Britain were the actual heroes.
