It did take longer, yes. The post requirement was cut in half here, it's been nice. These rank-up images of yours look great!
From what I could dig up it seems that the rank requirements are roughly double that of the prior rank achieved, which means I thankfully get more time to make rank-up images as time goes on. Thank you!
For the lower ranks, yes, but the higher ranks are more reasonable for that. I think now it's like 50~ for rank 5, 125~ for rank 6, 275~ rank 7, 500~ rank 8, 800~ rank 9
