*enters room with dramatic red flames and green smoke* Hello, fellow Disney fans. This topic is based partially on the topic I created on the original MBs, "Top Five Evilest Disney Villains." However, I've decided to do it a different way this time. As you all probably know, I love everything about Disney, including the villains, whom I hate and love at the same time.
So what I'm asking you to do is vote for who you think is the most evil villain. Mind you, I didn't say your favorite, I said most evil. Now, if your favorite does happen to be the one you think is most evil, that's okay, and mine is proof ).
But what we're taking into account here is...what did they do to earn the title of a villain? Were they ruthless? Were they sneaky? Were they cruel? Were they just plain heartless?? Tell me who YOU think should hold the title of Most Evil Villain, and write an argument explaining why! Get creative and have fun, and use examples from the movie to prove your point.
All that aside, here's my vote and, let's call it, "argument paper."
Just to come right out and say it, I think Scar is the most evil Disney villain. Now, I guess I might be a bit biased just because he's my favorite villain, but let's face it, the guy was really cruel. Whereas some other villains (e.g. Maleficent, Governor Ratcliffe, Dr. Facilier) tried to cause harm toward people that they didn't know that well, Scar killed his own brother and tried to kill his nephew multiple times, without a hint of remorse over doing so. Probably doesn't make much of a difference whether you plot something evil against a person you barely know, or against members of your own family, but somehow I feel like it just underlines the fact that he was willing to take out anybody in his way. Plus, he was super sneaky while doing so, which earns extra villain points. Really, what I think it all comes down to is that Scar was extremely villainous and ruthless; and the way he says "I killed Mufasa," with something almost close to joy, just tops it all off.
*sits back in chair* Okay, you guys go. We shall discuss.

He murdered all of those super heroes! Not only that, he targeted an entire family of heroes. Like Elasta Girl said, "They will kill you, if they get the chance. DO NOT give them tat chance." And to top it all off, he kidnapped a baby. A BABY!

*sits back in chair* Okay, you guys go. We shall discuss. Hrm.... let's see.... either Judge Claude Frollo or Shan Yu. Judge Claude Frollo1. He launched a horrific genocide against the gypsies and burned down half of Paris. 2. He smashed a woman on the steps of a church as she was crying "Sanctuary!". 3. He then attempted to smash said woman's son. Shan Yu1. He attacks China just because the Emperor built a wall that he doesn't like. 2. He orders a fleeing messenger to be shot in the back. 3. He has yellow eyes! 4. He burned down an entire village and smashed all the inhabitants, presumably for fun.

1. Well, he was one of the Huns, so I can understand why, but yeah. 2. He's unnecessarily cruel, I see your point. 3. Yes, thank you for mentioning that. Yellow eyes really don't belong anywhere but on a cat. 4. Indeed. Probably several villages, in fact.
Thank you for your votes, you've made some good arguments.

I'm guessing Emperor Palpatine doesn't count, right? I think Dr. Facilier might be the most evil Disney villain. I mean, he's literally plotting with demons to steal all the souls in New Orleans, just to save his own neck. There's not much eviller than that, and it's also some of the darkest territory explored by any Disney film. He also tricks people into participating in his black magic by making them think it's what they want, when really it's just so he can get what he wants. He's also very manipulative, creepy, and extremely self-centered. Everything he does is to avoid his own doom, with not a care for the fate of anyone else, not even an entire city!

Yes. What is a Rathtar? oh ok. i thought you were just questioning my choice a rathtar is sort of like a spider in that it has a round body, but on one side it has a huge mouth with many rows of teeth. they have tentacles on their body. Rathtars are the things Finn and Rey accidently release on Han's freighter in The Force Awakens
