The front side is definately smashed up. The back side would be full of holes and unstable. It's certainly collapsed in enough places for Ents to start crossing.
OOC: Where are they going to? And what units are they? The wall is broken, but until the rubble is cleared (which will take a while, probably 10% a day, as that's how it was built) horseman wouldn't be able to cross, and it would be a very dangerous and slow process for infantry.
