I recently found out that Daisy Ridley will not be playing Rey after Episode 9. Who will play Rey? Will Rey die in the movie? Will another of the Ridley sisters play the character? What do you think?
It could mean one or even a combination of several things:
they want to have episodes X, XI, and XII take place several years after IX, and they don't want to wait until Daisy Ridley is old and bitter to do it.
Daisy is disillusioned with Star Wars and doesn't want to keep going.
There might not be an episode X due to the disillusionment fans have had with the Disney's handling of Star Wars.
Honestly -- I kinda feel bad for Daisy. She came into this trilogy massively excited to be the next big protagonist of one of the world's biggest and most well-loved movie franchises... only to be met with the criticism that inevitably comes when a foreign studio takes somebody else's product and of course doesn't handle it well, and that's not a good environment to be in when you don't have any experience in acting or in the way fans think about a particular movie. A perfect example of her lack of experience is when she was asked about why people thought her character was a Mary Sue... and she answered by dismissing the concept of a "Mary Sue" as being "sexist" because there wasn't a "male equivelant". If she had done her homework, she would've known that 1. Male Mary Sues do exist, and are called a variety of different names (like Gary Stu). 2. Her character IS a Mary Sue.
Now she's stuck playing a poorly written character she probably doesn't even know is poorly written.
This is not to say Rey isn't a good character... it's just that she's not being done justice by the writers right now.
Because Episode IX is (or at least had better be) the final movie of the Skywalker Saga. It will tie everything together and the Force will probably be brought into balance.
I doubt Rey will die in Episode IX, but at least for now, they have no plans that we know of to make an Episode X and I sincerely hope it stays that way. Nine episodes was George's original vision for this franchise, and I hope they can respect that. Making any more would just feel unnecessary and unfair, not to mention too much. I'm fine with them making as many standalones and TV shows as they want to until the franchise is milked dry, as long as they don't try to make any more Episodes after IX.

Skywalker Saga? I did not know it was called that. I thought it was called the Sequel Trilogy or something like that.

Episodes VII, VIII, and IX are the Sequel Trilogy. The Skywalker Saga is Episodes I through IX, all the films that start with an opening crawl.
There is no Episode X. Rogue One and Solo are standalone "anthology" movies, hence why they don't have opening crawls.
So it is finished at Episode IX?
Yes. They will still be making movies after that, but they will be separate from the STAR WARS EPISODE ___ movies. They will instead be _____: A STAR WARS STORY movies.
