*Kuhtak teleports back to Nynrah, taking a few minutes to recover from Kratark's death stare. He then senses the presence of another Makuta on Nynrah and teleports to where Toxic and the Toa Hagah are.* "Which one of you is it inside that Rahkshi, and why are there Toa here?." *It is clear he is still dazed from the death stare.*
OOC: In light of the fact there is no specific way to actually distinguish this rahkshi as being Toxica's, a redo is in order
IC: "This Rahkshi just killed a Matoran! We don't know which Makuta it came from, though."
With this, Borachion promptly ties up the Rahkshi by its legs using two vines, and sweeps the Rahkshi off his feet. As this is done, Volek closes in to try and break the Rahkshi. Leaving Volek to fight the Rahkshi on his own, Borachion then turns to Kuhtak.
"Sir, if you have any information that might point to this Rahkshi's creator we would need to know it now. Now -- judging that the Rahkshi came to Nynrah, and as reported, was seemingly trying to request armor, our best guess is that whichever Makuta did this has currently lost possession of its armor, hence why it is demanding a new one. Any ideas?"

I think the Makuta have more important things to do than search for a rahkshi. I doubt Teridax would search for a lost rahkshi, and same goes for any other Makuta.

Again, you don't know that it's creator did it. For all you guys know, it could be another Makuta.
Rahkshi are, by nature, very violent, when not controlled. Who's to say this isn't a supah smart Rahkshi. Also, y'know.. Red Star-ohwait
Toxica is the only Makuta alive (that the Brotherhood knows of) who is missing its armor.
