"Hmm. You waste time and effort in trying to incorporate 'ion cannons' whatever those are into your design. And honestly, what use is simply disabling a vessel and not the crew? You don't think things through, do you, Diode?"
"Ion cannons are nothing new. I've been working on a prototype of a new handheld Ion based weapon for a while. But we need to think not of the water for a new armada. We need to think of the sky. Imagine a small fleet of airships, one hovering over every city. It could be a new age for Xia."
YJF has been banned, as such, none of his posts or posts that are in direct reply to him have actually happened.
Two skakdi materialize on the docks. They glance around, and teleport further into the city until they find a shop selling rhotuka launchers.
They are invariably denied service by the reputable shops in town. The shadier ones... though, they're not cheap, but they're selling to any buyers. Even the ones they don't like.

Hmm They'll do. They buy an improbably large number of rhotuka launchers from those shady shops.

A dimensional gate opens within the office of Diode, the Second in Command of the Vortixx, and all of Xia. Mhrakh, agent of the Order of Mata Nui, former warlord, and former member of the Hand of Artakha, appears within said office, stepping out of the rift casually. Over his shoulder, a female vortixx with four arms, a slim physique and etc is slung. Mhrakh pulls out a capsule, which he pops into her mouth casually. The vortixx instinctively swallows. The pod dissolves, spreading a healing and strengthening agent across the Vortixx's body, both natural and unnatural body parts. He carefully places her down in her office, on a luxurious sofa. He stands tall, once again, and enters the portal, which closes behind him.

Diode slowly stirs, eyes narrowed.
Assuming Diode has vision of Xia's docks, she might spot a submarine... similar to what she had designed, but much more advanced, and heavily modified.
It also noticeably lacks ion cannons.
On either side of a rather aquadynamic-looking dorsal fin on the submarine is printed, in large, unfriendly letters, a single word:

Seeing how the Zyakama V1 wasn't even a submarine, it is nothing like what she designed. She glances at it and shrugs.
She looks over her schematics, and smiles. "You there, go fetch Corvus for me." She says, pointing at a male Vortixx.

Several Vortixx begin working in a factory. Each Vortixx however has a crest upon their chests. A seven pointed star, with a spiral in the center. They begin working, building multiple things. A group of more burly Vortixx, aided by Krekkans, the Steltian Lower Caste species, do some of the heavy lifting, carrying things around. Wiry, lithe and frail Vortixx carefully construct items, including staffs, shields, swords, lances, and what-not. Some begin to assemble larger items, such as vehicles. All of them show a superior craftsmanship to anything else seen on Xia, and in some cases, superior to even the Nynrah Ghosts.

Thankfully for Gahdra the water-cut weapons from her factory come out much better than even Diode's -- shineier and wetter too, as a matter of fact.

..No
No.. No they don't. In comparison to Gahdra's work, this seems to be the product of a god, compared to her shoddy and sloppy work. While Gahdra's most certainly is more wet, that means absolutely nothing in the industry of actual production. Diode's special factory continues to produce more things. A Toa of Psionics sits at a computer terminal in the side area, while a Toa of Sonics patrols the area. A Toa of Magnetism stands, leaning against the shiny wall in the docking bay.

Oh calm down you two Considering Gahdra is mass producing items and YJF's folk are personally crafting each, Gahdra likely makes more and the others' are in all likely better.

None of this changes the fact that Gahdra's work is better, and Diode is just jealous that she didn't think of getting robotic arms to do all the work for her

Gahdra's work in comparison to Diode is like comparing a pile of dust to a diamond. And I'll tell you this: Diode is the diamond.
Also, fun fact: Diode actually has four mechanical arms. And has far superior craftsmanship. It's not even like this is up for debate, Mrqcm.
