A messenger from the Forest Band gallops towards the Lion Knights castle. "Whoa!" He shouted, and skidded to a stop at the front gate.
"Ho there!" The messenger shouts at the top of his lungs. "I have an important message for the current leader of the Lion Knights from Lexos, leader of the forest band! Requesting permission to pass?"

''Enter!''
The gates swing open to admit him, revealing a courtyard filled with Lion Knights and Morñornians, tending to hundreds of horses and polishing armour. The forges are lit, and servants are preparing provisions; the Lion Knights prepare to ride.
Demiu strides towards him, wearing a plain leather suit and a worn blue cloak.

''Welcome, messanger. What is your message?''
The messenger dismounts and delivers the message.
To: The Current Leader of the Lion Knights From: Lexos Carlin, Leader of the Forest Band
I have discovered how many Xains we are fighting. We are fighting over six thousand. There is also a weakness: Although their attacks are powerful, their defences are weak. Short, fast attacks to their generals and captains might work. King Darthraxx has also come up with a plan that I have agreed to, that, if you and I can send aid to his Castle, if we draw them into a full-out siege, then nightly Dragon Attacks and invisible Stone Warriors may work, while the rest of us try our hardest to defend the castle, drawing it out even further. Many of my troops should already be at the Dragon Knights castle by now, but this will only work if you can aid us.

Sincerely, Lexos Carlin. *Seal*
Demiu sounds his horn.
''Make ready to ride! The Dragons have need of us!'' He turns to the messenger, and says, ''Tell Lexos the Lion and Morñornian army will ride to the Dragon Lands. Here, give him this.''
He steps into a small room, writes a scroll, and seals in with wax. He stamps in with a signet ring bearing the Lion Rampant, and hands it to the mesenger.
To: Lexos Carlin, Leader of the Greenbark Group From: Demiu Lionrider, Lord of the Lion Lands
We will ride to Darthraxx. My army has been swelled by the Riders of Morñornia, yet I doubt the combined might of them and the Southern Kingdoms numbers over two thousand. Sheer numbers may yet overwhlem us. Neverless, I will ride.

Thine Sincerely, Demiu Lionrider
"I will my lord!" The messenger mounts and gallops wildly towards the mercenary village.
Demiu stares over his fortress. He orders construction of 12 Trebuchet, and a third curtain wall.
Many riders are sent to the outlying villages. Soon after, many begin to pack.
Albeis walks over to him, "When do you plan on going to meet with the Dragons?"
Demiu turns, "Likely as soon as this wall is finished, or word comes that Dartraxx needs us at once. The news is that the Xain remain offshore. I doubt anything we do will prevent the fall of the South, but I intend to give them a fight to remember. When this wall is finished, or something happens to hasten our movements, I will lead the a contingent of Morñornians and Lions to meet them on the shores. If they land, we are doomed."
