I was literally about to bring this up! I haven't seen the trailer but the synopsis I heard made me wish this had been the plot for one of the movies instead of what they actually did. Go watch the trailer, it looks really cool. JP 2 was good, they just should've stuck to the book more. idk what 3 really was though that one could've been something else. I was thinking more of doing something like the videogame plot for JW2, the original JPs were what they were. I did see the trailer, it looks good, though not my kind of game.

Yeah it's definitely something of a horror type game, although it's a nice change of pace from the usual park builders. Did you ever play JW Evolution?

Yeah, it's wild that it's been so long. He better be hoping time travel never gets invented. Actually that reminds me of that movie The Adam Project where a 12-year-old meets his future self and they have to save the world together. Actually pretty good, recommend if you haven't seen it. Ah, that explains how the Rock is still smoldering there even after you said you were gonna change it. Since you reCONmended it, I might watch it. I was aware of the movie, but had made no plans to ever see it. I wasn't sure how I felt about Ryan Reynolds doing scifi.
I kinda like the vibe he puts off with the sombrero and the "Hippy" tag. I might wait to attempt changing him until I rank up. It's better than it seems, has that style of 80's movie fun to it. Hippie Dwayne Johnson is truly a sight.

I know that already exists though. No, I didn't. I did play Jurassic World Alive for a while though.
I'm actually making a Jurassic Park themed board game right now that's a park builder.

TheGreatCon Z-Whales fun fact: there was actually almost a JW spinoff TV series but it ended up getting canceled. Wasn’t that the animated series? My younger siblings love that show!

Camp Cretaceous got pretty good imo. I can definitely see how some people get tired of it though, it's long and could probably take place in like half the time. Which reminds me, I need to finish it.
I never got around to actually watching JW3, but the one clip I have seen from it screamed of trying too hard to be edgy and cool.
I watched some of it when i was babysitting some of my siblings - i think it wouldve been fun and enjoyable if it came out when i was younger, i wasnt really watching though and occasionally looking up to ask questions to my brother about what’s going on

I need to rewatch JW2 now that JW3 didn't build off it very well at all...I only thought it was decent because it was a bridge movie but it turned out to be a very shaky bridge.

To be fair - it doesnt really build off of it well - but i have disregarded 2 from existing and rather think of it as a duology than a trilogy now

On my flight yesterday, one of the available films to watch was Jurassic world so i thought - why not? And wow, it’s actually such a masterpiece, I haven’t seen it in a couple of years but even though i know the plot inside out, it was still incredible to watch and the way all of the storylines fit together, and how the park progressively falls apart is so satisfying to watch. It actually shows how badly they messed up with the sequels because none of them compare to the magic of the first because of: pacing, characters, story progression and enviroment. Also, watching it again reignited my love for MASRANI 1!!!!!! HE WAS A KING!!! And also lowery too - its actually respectful how he stays at the end to help out and for some reason, apart from Owen, hes the only one actually speaking sense in the movie? For once, a billionaire CEO (masrani) is not the worst person in the film. He actually has good rationale why he doesn’t escalate to killing the indominus, but after seeing it killing the entire tranc squad, he escalates appropriately and tries to take it out himself Anyways - maybe we completely reject the trilogy as a whole and only acknowledge the first one

Anytime anybody brings up the other films we just stare at them blankly and pretend like we've never heard of the sequels.
