Goatie is pacing back and forth in the room riding on Jednook's back, waiting for his companions to finish eating. Understandably, Forest Band member and his griffin are feeling more than a little nervous about returning to the labyrinth with its mysterious (and rather hostile) inhabitants.
Goatie wonders where the map of the tunnels - which he'd given Daniel - now was.

As everyone finishes eating, Alinor leads them to a rather decrepit chamber of the fortress. The roof has mostly caved in here and wide channel of water runs through the center of the room. "They used to do laundry here, back when the orcs ran the place," explains Alinor.
At the far end of the room, there is a cave mouth, which appears to have been sealed up, but a recently replaced trapdoor immediately adjacent to it provides a more secure entrance. Alinor takes the lead, followed by Ninoslava and Melisende, apparently serving as her bodyguards. Lucas and Daniel with Azril and Ivor are next, with Liam, Goatie, Jednook, and Visnja behind them. Anzo, Brandr, and Stig take up the rear.
