i'm excited out of my mind about phase 4. i hope that doctor doom will be the overarching villain for a while, and i love the idea of a doctor strange movie about the illuminati (as i mentioned somewhere else). my dream lineup of films for phase 4 would be
spider-man 2
fantastic four
x-men (with something similar to the original comic lineup)
gotg 3
doctor strange 2
black panther 2
maybe doom could be introduced in the fantastic four movie and mentioned (along with the illuminati) in doctor strange 2. then namor would be introduced in black panther 2. phase 5 would include the actual illuminati movie as well an inhumans movie to properly introduce black bolt (and hopefully quake!!) to the movies. i haven't put in the required thought to make each movie a compelling story of it's own, but that's kevin feige's job
oh, and a scarlet witch movie. she's my favorite avenger sorry for the long post

I think that it’ll be hard to introduce the X-Men, considering their supposed to have been around for a real long time and the MCU has been around for a long time and no mention of mutants.

yeah, it will be. they could probably say that the concentration of infinity stones on earth activated the mutant gene - after all, scarlet witch and quicksilver both got their powers from the mind stone.

There has been mentions of Inhumans but not Mutants... Until recently... (I can't mention the shows name on here)

The theory.
you know, after thinking about movies for phase 4, i can really understand why kevin feige said they might not continue with phases after avengers 4. there'll be too much stuff in the universe with x-men and fantastic four to keep stuff down to six movies (i'm assuming that 4 and 5 would be six films while 6 would be ten), it would be much easier to keep to a schedule of three films a year without phase boundaries.
