OOC: Freeze rays in pretty much anything are very fast. Does the tumbler have heating or something to prevent that then?
OOC: In the little tv/movies he’s been in, Mr. Freeze’s rays move at a fast rate, but not undodgable. I’m assuming Blizzard’s and his guns are similar. I believe so.
OOC: As dodgable as bullets, but is Vigilante as fast as Batman so that he can dodge bullets (or freeze rays) at close range?

Frostblade rolls and breaks Blizzzard's grip on him and stands up. He blasts bursts of ice at Blizzard's feet to pin them to the asphalt.

Frostblade redirects the blasts coming from his hands into a block of sleet that hurts Blizzard's arm/hand after hitting it. Frostblade then creates a shard of ice from the ground behind Blizzard that lengthens to stab Blizzard's back.

There was a lot of throwing around. He likely has to go to a hospital.
