Falcon has an power called Red Wing which is like his bird thing... On wikipedia it is a telepathic link but here is an alternate description...
"Originally possessed the ability to telepathically communicate with his pet falcon Redwing, but that ability has grown into the ability to telepathically communicate with any birds within an unknown radius. Through this telepathic link he is also able to receive mental images of what the birds see "
Redwing is also used in the Marvel Cinematic Universe too. It is that thing on his back.
EDIT: that thing on his back is his exo-suit, not redwing itself...

Name: Talon-7 Description: A small, yet powerful gadget that is part of a shin-guard. They are basically talon-shaped things that are on the bottom of Falcon's boots that can fold up behind Falcon's calf. They are used for grabbing, powerfully kicking things, and allowing him to land easily by bracing his legs/body when they hit the ground whenever he needs to land hard. They retract and extend by telepathic will. (How that works, Idk just go w/ it) It has two big toes on front part of boot and one toe facing away from his heel, making a typical bird-shaped talon.
Name: Falco-wrist-gauntlets Description: W/in Falcon's forearm brace, he would have a contraption by the bottom of his wrists that could grab, spin, and release objects of reasonable size at high velocities. For example, it could grab his pistols, twirl them, and deliver them into his hands. The same could be done with knives. It could also spin the knives in a circle, creating a kind of buzz-saw, as long as he kept his hand out of the way. Also, the gauntlets would store knives on the inside parts of his forearms. These would be quickly accessible to him and they could be fired from the gauntlets at a high velocity. They could also just be ejected but kept in the gauntlet which would allow him to swing the blades around and not actually hold the knives in his hands.
Name: Special Magnetism Description: So, in the same way Cap'n 'Merica brings back his shield with his magnetic whatevers, I would like something similar for Falcon's knives and pistols. That way if he drops his gadgets, he can quickly extend his hands and retrieve them by this magnetic property installed w/in both pieces of his gauntlets.
OOC: By the way, Drake is not the only member of the FAC. As none of the others have answered this yet, i guess i will. Considering Falcon is not telepathic, i would suggest making it so that he could activate that from selecting something inside his helmet, like Iron Man does. The other 2 look good to me. Although, as far as i can tell, Cap doesn't have magnetism with his shield.

Falcon is pretty cool in the MCU. Also I believe Redwing can be attached to his exo-suit, not sure how you would implement that into the RP topic...
