I don't have any other questions and I think I'd give them a yes vote unless any of my fellow FAC members can give some good reasons in opposition.
With how huge the BIONICLE universe already is, adding a new species would only dilute the RP.
Additionally, this species is completely made up.
We should instead try to ensure that some of the more obscure species in the BIONICLE universe actually get to see the light of day, and part of that means not approving fanon species.
I disagree. People will use the obscure canon species when they want. YJF's species can be just as obscure as some of the species in the canon. Keep in mind that this is a roleplay, which, by definition, cannot be canon. This is one fanon species when many canon species are not being used, so there is no chance of "diluting" the roleplay with the number of playable species. I can understand enforcing a rule limiting the number of fanon species, but not a rule banning fanon species completely.

It wouldn't dilute, but it would make it better.
So?
That's completely bogus. While I do understand, and indeed sympathize with your thought process on this matter, it should be a voluntary choice. If people want a more obscure species, they will pick an obscure species. If people want a fanon species, they should get a fanon species.. Within reason.
I'm sorry, but for now I'm going to have to give it a no. Our RP isn't ready for fanon species yet, although we should at least discuss the matter. I also believe we should work on rules for fanon rahi.
Oh, and Emarcee of the Queue of Em? I think we need to establish some canon limits on the Krahka. Keiththelegokid has been using Nikan as a means to emulate every seen power at once. In canon, matching six toa at once made Krahka pass out, and shapeshifting into a single makuta would likely do the same. Keith says that Nikan can do this because he had practice, but I think that that's just an excuse to be over powered. Thoughts?

Too true. As it stands, many of the obscure canon species are too obscure, and with Mrcqm's War on Fanon, any attempt to give their character some flaire or spice would be met with "NOO".. Or at least, any attempt of mine to do so.

Ugh.. While I don't like your decision, I'm not going to throw a fit and contest it. However, I do agree on the discuss the matter part.

I agree whole-heartedly and have expressed interest in discussing ways to limit the powers of the Krahka. Making them pass out after retaining an OP form for too long sounds reasonable.

Funnily enough, nobody else seems to mind my things, except for you..

Because it's not their job to do so, and also, because I'm guessing a lot of them have different tolerance levels for fanon. I treat everyone fairly -- that said, nobody has been doing the same things you are doing, therefore, I have not had the opportunity to consistently say "no" to anyone else

It is everybodies job to try and make the RP a better place. Not just yours, which you seem inept at doing.
No, no you don't. Also, what of the "Master Race", Keetonguan who could create portals with no kanohi device? Had I done it, you would've screamed NO NO NOOOO, yet another gets off scott-free? You might be fair to everyone else, except for me. You are biased, and you refuse to admit it.

When was this profile? I literally don't remember
tbh though, if you really think I have some sort of bias against you, there's a simple way to remedy that: find another RP. Simple. You don't want to be noped all the time, I don't want to deal with your constant arguing it's a win-win.

In the profiles topic. It's not my job, remember?
Uh, no. That's not how it's supposed to work. I'm not supposed to leave just to sate your petty grudge. You're supposed to act like an RP Rep and as someone of your status.

Being rep doesn't mean being friends with everyone, and allowing everything through. Being rep means keeping the rules, and getting people to conform. Your blatant and constant noncomformity is what was causing my frusteration, and given the fact nobody likes to see you and me arguing, I obviously had to end it as soon as possible. Thus, why I was telling you to leave.

I would like to present Nhl'Hasharan Tech to the FAC. While you have, for the time being, ruled against Nhl'Hasharan beings existing in the RP as it is, I see no qualms about introducing Nhl'Hasharan technology. Most of it is reminiscent of the days from Spherus Magna, and are quite archaic, simplistic, yet with deadly potency. The prime example is the standard Nhl'Hasharan Guard Spear.
Made out of Exsidian and Red Pearls, with a swathing of GB magic, of course, they are very simplistic in design. They are capable of, however, harnessing the power of nature around them, and using it for an attack. They can also redirect power effects, and can 'conjure' living sentinels out of their surroundings. This is very useful for the Nhl'Hasharan Guardians, who can produce a squadron of around 1-14 out of their surroundings, or even from a foe's own power. Say a Toa of Fire fired a fire ball at a Nhl'Hasharan Guard, the spear would create a fire golem, with it's own mind, to fight the toa. The way it works though, is it also makes it so the Toa couldn't manipulate the entity. That aspect, changing its very composition so a Toa couldn't manipulate it, makes me wary enough to approach you guys.
Of course, these spears would be numbered, of around 30 in existence, at least that are KNOWN about. I am aware they are pretty strong, so I am not opposed to any rejection, I would however, request some intense thinking. I want a little trip for Anakritis, or someone else, I dunno, to retrieve one in a temple.

In the profiles topic, YJF elaborated on his fanon material.
"In the revelation that I am indeed staying, I thought it prudent to elaborate on Akelyte, for both myself and for others.
Akelyte is a strange, blackened, sickening goo, derived from Great Being sources. Some believed Darkfire Torches used Akelyte, while others believed Akelyte was simply a mutant material. The exact origins of Akelyte are unknown, just that it descended from the Great Being Trinity, with aid from Carthemon. Createura 'blessed' the toa of water, Thymos, with the ability to use it.
Akelyte, in it's natural form, is a thick, viscous matter, similar to pudding, not quite solid, but not liquid either. It's rumored to be an actual living entity, with parasitical abilities, something which Thymos believes. Akelyte adapts. Liquid Akelyte, the 'natural' form, is sticky and hard to remove, and smells actually quite pleasant. It is highly flammable, and can be destroyed by acid.
Solid Akelyte is the hardened variant, which is usually rocky and craggy when unrefined. Unrefined Solid Akelyte isn't flammable, and is similar to a rock, however it is very brittle, and doesn't like cold, as it sucks up heat.
Refined Solid Akelyte is of protosteel durability, when in small quantities at least, and proves to be way more dense than unrefined. It's more metallic in nature. Refined Solid Akelyte, for some reason, is less durable in greater quantities, but is as durable as protosteel in smaller quantities.
Further elaboration can and will be provided, should it be desired."
As far as I can see, the first two look like (a type of) viral and corrupted protodermis just with different names. The last one slightly disturbs me however, it is a fanon protosteel-strength material.
Oh, YJF, what is Darkfire? I've heard of (canon) Blackfire, so maybe I missed the (fanon) Darkfire profile/description?

Perhaps I should've explained better. It's of around protosteel durability. I won't say that they like, cancel each other out, but it's around that durability.
Darkfire is actually a canonical thing. I'm not surprised you haven't heard of it, because it's not as oftenly heard of. While I do indeed have a Darkfire that is fanon, which I'll post for reference if I ever want to use it, and bring to you (it's also called Blackfire), Darkfire Torches are something from Spherus Magna. 'Darkfire Torch - A torch that emits heat without giving off light.' Taken from Biosector01. They were mentioned in passing in a canonized serial.. Let me bring it up.
A small bird, native to the ice region, alighted upon a rock. A moment later, the bird spread its wings and took off, feet still smoldering where the rock had burned them. The bird was understandably confused; this was the land of ice. Ice meant cold. So how could a rock like that burn with such intensity? The bird spotted prey, and was soon engaged in the hunt. The rock was the furthest thing from its mind. In Tarix’s mind, however, the rock was very present.
"It’s an invention of the Fire Tribe," he explained. "Similar to the darkfire torch, it was designed to give off heat without alerting enemies to its presence. The heat is very self-contained, and rarely affects the surroundings. You have to touch it to know what it is. The Ice Tribe managed to acquire several of them, and were trying to reverse engineer the process."
Said rocks are canon, so I figured I don't need to put them up here, anyways. The Darkfire Torch is a torch that emits heat without giving off light. People believed that Darkfire Torches (which, do not exist in the Matoran Universe, just so ya know), used an oil variant of Akelyte. Another interesting fact, the Nhl'Hasharans believed Akelyte was cursed.
I figured that adding the strange quirk of Refined Solid Akelyte, aka Metasteel as I am now dubbing it, is weaker in larger quantities, with smaller quantities being stronger. Also, Metasteel is hard to produce, even for Thymos, which makes it that much more valuable.
